With all due respect towards those who have positively rated this property, it is another photoshopped average place where nothing works! Specifics: - Internet/wifi: it is intermittent all day long. Excuse: it does not work when it is cloudy, when it rains, when it is stormy, or when the clouds are near by. Practically it only works 20% of the time. to be fair you are told at check in when the deposit has been taken. - Air conditioning: WHEN it works, it cannot be modulated. Freezing or OFF. You will also enjoy an early wake up call by nature because there are no black out curtains, so you are in the sun light bright and early. - Musty smell in the room. I have been to many Islands this is worse than what is considered normal. Overall depressing. - Buggy system to access your room. It has a code not a key. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not. A clever intention gone wrong. The property reminds me of a Florida Motel, the room resembles a college dorm. THE GOOD: The E-Bikes...when they remember to charge them. The location.

Located across the street from the Grace Bay beach might sound like a negative, but with a less than 5 min walk through a parking lot to the street access or a 2 min golf cart ride to the beach (also walk through Grace Bay Club), you end up with much quieter resort than one right on the beach. Oasis has 2 pools, Amazing Staff, and only 30+ rooms if I'm not mistaken. So even at full capacity you may feel like you have this resort to yourself. Rooms come with a Nespresso machine and free coffee. Though you may need to ask for mugs as the pods vary in size and the room came with espresso and double espresso cups so read the pods ml first to be sure you don't overflow ;p Our Room, and it looks like every room has a balcony with a couch and table and carpet. It's nice, but after a rain storm it takes days to dry. Be sure to move the pillows in to prevent them from getting wet. At the time we were there they were renovating to add a restaurant and bar. (hopefully they offer a European plan (breakfast included)). They also have a collection of bikes you can ride to town on for free. "Town" is about a 5 min bike ride away. Most resorts in TCI are not all inclusive, so finding one that is near to restaurants will play an important role. Oasis is located very close to a few excellent options. I highly recommend CocoVan. Come in October and you'll be one of only a few people in the resort... and the beach. The Beach. The resort has it's own section on the beach, with 2-3 chairs and 1 table per umbrella. They provide Clean Cold water on the beach (tastes better than the hotel). You can bring Floaties from the resort as well (just need to sign them out). It's a public beach, but it's not busy/crowded and is super clean. Every day just about a crew cleans up any seaweed that comes to shore. Coconut Water is expensive $15, $20 with Rum. But they come back and open the coconut for you so you can eat it too if you like. The Pelican is a nearby restaurant that will have a server stop by once or twice a day to ask if you'd like anything. Water sports guys roam the beach and may ask you from time to time if you are interested. What's nice, is that never did anyone selling anything try to pressure a sale. You never feel obligated to do something you don't really want. They are just really nice people there and great you by name. One gentleman (Kevin I think?) spent 15 min. of his time helping us find sunglasses that got caught up in the waves... after finding them, spent another 15 min, helping another person who did the same thing looking for ours. (he found them too even after they gave up!) Feedback to the resort: The balcony carpet took 5 days to dry. Either small or no carpet would be better. The balcony can use a Rack/Hook system to hang wet suits and gear to dry. The Bathroom shower. Rain heads are fancy, but when less than 2ft from the doorless entry, water gets everywhere. Next Reno, place closer to far wall, or put in a glass door. The AC and Fan could use some instructions. Black out curtains. The sheer ones are nice but the main curtains don't stop daylight.

This was the perfect stay for first time visit to Turks! Loved the location and the hotel was beautiful and modern. The customer service was spectacular. Special thanks to Jenny at the front desk, the shuttle guys and the workers at Aplo. We loved how lowkey this hotel was and it felt like we were the only ones there. The shuttle ride to the beach was maybe a minute tops, which was no issue at all! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Can’t wait to return!!!

Loved our stay in Turks and Caicos! The room was comfortable and the property was a short ride to the beach. The staff were great, a special mention to Cordell for his friendly and welcoming hospitality and taking care of us during our stay.

The room was freezing at all times! Even after switching off the AC the whole room took a full 48 hours to get back to normal. The pillows and bedsheets felt cold and a bit damp too. The people are amazing..especially the Haitian guys who work at the beach and drive you to the beach! The food at the breakfast place is decent and has a good healthy menu. The mosquitoes are diabolical. There is VERY loud music every night blaring from the bar nearby that is very unpleasant. We finally moved out to the Seven Stars after a few days and were much happier there to pay the extra but to be able to sleep in peace.

This is NOT a hotel, it's apartments. It's not a 5min walk from the beach & once you get the golf cart to the beach there's no facilities (service, food & drink, toilets) just a tank of water. It's also not on the best part of the beach. Overall the photos and description are VERY misleading. There's no daily turn down service, no fresh towels (unless you go to reception to ask) and no room service. The pools are tiny, have no sunshine as they're surrounded by tall palm trees, had leaves floating in them and also have no service. The walk into the main town doesn't have full pedestrian access and they don't have taxis on standby, so we waited 25minutes for a taxi. The room was tiny, very cramped with nowhere to have your suitcase without having to continually step over it and was very dark. It also didn't feel very safe or secure. As a base, if you don't intend to spend much time there it's fine, they even said to us "there's nothing really here so you won't be spending much time here", but for what it is, it's highly overpriced. We left after one night and found two beautiful resorts (seven stars & shore club), which were only marginally more expensive, that had huge rooms, multiple pools with full service, their own private beaches, multiple restaurants, a gym, spa & incredible service where nothing was too much trouble. Despite the fact we left a 6 night reservation after only 1 night they refused to let us cancel any of the booking, so still took full payment after I'd left. I made it clear I was happy for them to keep my deposit, but they insisted on also taking full payment. They didn't even bother asking what was wrong with our stay or trying to make amends, they told me to speak to the manager at 9am, but they hadn't shown up when I went to speak to them. This isn't a well priced option.

What a hotel. Nestled on a beautiful lot 2 minutes from Grace Bay beach, the Oasis at Grace Bay exceed every expectation my wife & I had. Once you arrive, the staff accommodates you with a seamless check-in, they bring you luggage to your room, all while the reception staff gives you a run down of the facilities and things to do around the hotel. The grounds are breathtaking. We spent some time at other hotels in the area just to compare (we went for drinks at the Ritz, for example) and the grounds here are more manicured and taken care of compared to the other hotels. The room itself was perfect. Nespresso pods changed every day, fresh sheets and towels, everything was in order. The bonus was having a full kitchen and living roof if we decided to stay in one night. We ate breakfast at the in house restaurant, Aplo, every day. Tried every dish on the menu and everything was incredible. The smoothies were fantastic as well (the Breakfast Sandwhich stole the show). Both pools are beautiful and clean. A nice little touch is every night they put tiki torches out with these cute little lamps. I really wish I could give this hotel a higher rating. I’ll be back next year and will probably stay for longer. I could not recommend the Oasis enough to anyone who is trying to make a decision on where to stay in TCI.

This was our first time in Turks and we are so glad that we chose to stay at the Oasis at Grace Bay. I loved the location - not right on the beach, but a close walk to the beach and everywhere we wanted to go on Grace Bay. The room was cozy and had a nice lanai that we sat on every morning and drank our coffee. It was nice that the room had a mini fridge and microwave, so we were able to keep our cream and any leftovers cool. The resort has a great restaurant onsite, and we had breakfast there most mornings. I highly recommend the avocado toast with smoked salmon. Delicious! Also, this place had THE BEST pina coladas ever! Huge shout out to Ben. He was our bartender and was so friendly and accommodating. The pools were lovely, and property, overall was very well maintained and clean. I would definitely stay again!

Wow! We felt like family by the time we left. A definite must - stay here instead of the over priced hotels literally across the street on the beach. They treated us with amazing service, amenities and cleanliness was spot on! They have electric bikes (plenty of them) to go to town and everything is right around the corner. Including a casino and night club, beach and Coco Bistro/Van. Thank you D, Ron, V and the entire staff for making my birthday celebration the best ever. I appreciate you all and will be back soon and tell all our friends and family to come stay with you.
