We very much enjoyed our stay at Tovey Lodge. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the room was large and spotlessly clean. There were lots of nice little touches, like biscuits and sweeties along with the tea and coffee (good to see fairtrade tea as well!)

The place may be nice but the owner is not the sort of person I would wish to support. Too precious and full of own importance for my tastes. Can see what the reviewer who went to look at the place meant.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night. We had a massive room with dual aspect windows overlooking the hills and gardens. The bed was huge and there was a lovely big sofa. There were slippers and robes provided and a well stocked tea tray with all kinds of interesting biscuits! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and gave us...

Great location and super accommodation but the hosts need to give more attention to their guests. The weather was cold but no background heating and the room was very cold. breakfast is served at a communal table with communal teapot!!

Our first night in England was wonderful. We flew into Gatwick and headed to the Tovey Lodge, a few miles to the south. Very nice accomodations. Lovely room, great breakfast, and wonderful hosts! We liked it so well we wound up staying two additional nights.

We booked in for a one night getaway in one of the Junior suites. The room was beautiful with the most gorgeous views over the south downs and their beautiful gardens. The room had everything you could possibly ask for. We headed straight down to make the use of the facilities and spent the day relaxing in the pool, sauna...

We were looking for somewhere to stay regularly for 5 months. Online this was our favourite, so we visited this first. We were glad that we did visit in person as we were told to leave as they only communicate online. We were also quizzed about how we had got in to the driveway as though we had committed a...

Stayed for two nights 2nd & 3rd Sept 2016. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. We were shown the facilities available and taken to our rooms. The rooms were beautifully appointed and extremely well laid out. The view from the picture window was stunning. Tea, coffee, biscuits etc were well stocked. Breakfast was wonderful with...

Two adults and 2 little kids. We had a nice stay in the cottage. Cozy but had everything we needed. Host was very friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. Kids enjoyed the swings and trampoline. Less then an hour to London on the train. Nice pubs in Musbury.
