I was staying a couple of nights at this hotel, sharing with great and old friends. The hotel is very basic, does not include breakfast. Includes coffee and snacks. Very small but clean rooms and enough space to spend a comfortable night and to rest. The price of the room is very cheap. I recommend them to spend a few days in Guadalajara without spending a lot of money.

This is a great hotel if you just need to crash for the night. That's what I did. My family and I came from Puerto Vallarta. With still 5 hours driving ahead and already dark. We decided to crash in the hoteles hi Zapopan. It is by far the cheapest hotel in Guadalajara I would say. That it is cheap is pretty clear when you get to the room. Very simple. Very small. Everything... the bed, the tv, the toilet, the shower... but again. If it is for crashing the night that is not an issue. There is no breakfast included. Only a vending machine for some quick snacks. Free parking and free wifi is available, the wifi was not very stable. The noise from the outside and from neighbors are notable, that is the worst part. All in all I did not dislike my stay.

A small little room good for a good nights sleep, the bare basics, small little tv, ac worked fine ,only stayed there because of price. When I got there ,they had a promotion going on where I could have gotten the room 100 pesos cheaper if I would have reserved directly with the hotel instead of Orbitz.

Not bad but, the ladies that clean the rooms love to sing louder in the corridors during the morning. That noises prevent you from sleeping. In my case wasn't good, i'm dj and im working at night. The rest about the hotel is ok.

Hotel Hi has terrible service. We were only going to stay one night for the wedding and there were nine of us but me and my 4 of my friends were gonna stay with my aunt and we just wanted to get changed and the guy at the front desk would not let us I mean all we wanted to was just get changed and then we would leave!!!! But after the wedding I realized that I left my makeup there so we came back and there was another woman there and she let us come in no problem. Hotel Hi also has very small, small rooms. So If I were you I wold not stay at hotel Hi!!!!
