Wifredo and team did an amazing job making our stay great! Some of the comments regarding resort cleanliness do not provide the appropriate context and are overstated and misleading. This is a beautiful resort with fantastic amenities and extremely friendly staff! I would highly recommend staying here!

The resort is stunning and very clean! Rooms are very spacious with modern technical features. I don’t understand what other reviewers are writing and paying attention to. Ocean is calm and beautiful. There are plenty of umbrellas on the beach. There are some areas that could be improved. There’s no any entertainment on resort now. But it’s understandable as it’s COVID time.. Some areas of resort are understaffed such as market place where the only one person is working and line gets ridiculously long in the morning. All restaurants and food truck automatically charge 16% gratuity. Otherwise, this resort is such a gem and located in very nice area of Puerto Rico.

Place was filthy, unkept, they ran out of food, no microwave and you have to drive 13 min just to drive up to the resort from the highway. Staff was rude and waited almost 3 hours at the pool for food. No tv working in our room. Everything closes early so if you don’t have your own food or microwave your out of luck! No one cares and they were unprepared for the amount of people that were there!

Beautiful location. Few issues with the rooms A/C leaking all over floor and personal items. We had to put some towels down for that so it didn't become a slip issue. Several roaches found in room as well as ants. Balcony was filthy. The room was very spacious. Dusty fixtures. Cleanliness of resort was poor, garbage found thrown about on all outings. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
