Hi, Tracie. As I have written in my review, Accommodation Drasko is an excellent place to stay. However, it is true that to get to the apartments from the old town or bus/ferry stations you have to climb a fair few stone steps (that's why it has a great view of the old town). When we arrived the owner, Helena, kindly arranged for her husband to pick us up at the ferry port in his car, and he also gave us a lift back to the port when we left. I am sure they would do the same for you and your mother. Other than that, it would depend on how your mother feels about climbing those steps.
