We had a wonderful stay there in Jun 2022. The apartment was clean, well equipped, with an excellent view and minutes from everything (e.g. grocery store, restaurants, beach and the old town). Having parking at our doorstep was greatly appreciated. The host was very friendly and flexible. She provided us with recommendations for beaches and places to eat nearby. Her English was impeccable which made communications a breeze. Definitely a place we would recommend to a family member or friend.

Beautiful views in this modern and newly built building. The host are extremely friendly and approachable. The help you make the most of your stay by recommending restaurants and activities and helping you with any questions you may have. The terraces are great for relaxing. I will definitely recommend this place.

The view here was magnificent! We had a terrace with a view of the old town, the sea, and the Peljesac peninsula. It was so lovely to sit out here and relax.
We booked the apartment with sea view on booking.com last minute but was a bit worried that we’d be ghosted since the most recent review on TA was from 2019. But it turned out to be the best apartment that we’ve stayed at in Croatia so far (Zagreb/Split/Hvar).
The apartment was beautifully decorated with everything you’d need. Cooking supplies, including cooking oil, were available too. Wifi was strong with Netflix TV. The shower was great with strong water pressure. An ironing board/iron was provided too.
The walk to the old town was 5-7 mins. And the property offers free parking if you come on a car ferry (that’s what we did). There is also a mall behind the apartment so that you can pick up any missing personal items.
Communication with the host was easy over WhatsApp with great restaurant recommendations.
We highly recommend this place! We just wished we were staying longer.

Our stay at Adriatic Pearl was excellent. The views from the apartment were amazing. The apartment was well-appointed, very clean and close to the old town. Gaelle was friendly, welcoming and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in Korčula.

The owner Gaelle is a superhost, very professional and attentive. We stayed in the Spectacular View A flat, which is new and beautiful, well equipped and comfortable, and the view is truly spectacular. It can get a little hot inside (it's an attic), but with the air conditioning and the fan it's ok. Nearby there is the town beach, but some better beaches can be found within walking distance. You need to have a car to reach the best beaches, like Vaja beach. The pretty town of Korcula, with lots of restaurants and shops, is just 5 minutes walk. I would certainly recommend this accomodation to anyone. Thank you Gaelle!

The apartment is like the photos, beautiful, spacious, new and well maintained. The hospitality is amazing. Gaelle picked us up from the port which is greatly appreciated (in contrary with our Rovinj experience, we couldn't find the apartment in the twisty old town and phoned the inn keeper and he refused to help! Will do a separate review on that). When we arrived it's the fisherman's night in Lumbarda and Gaelle's family gave us a ride to and back, we were very sorry to crowd the family in their vehicle and they didn't seem to mind. Their kid Roko was a darling. The snacks they left for us was a thoughtful gesture. The apartment is on a low hill an easy walk from town, you have excellent view of the old town and the port, but away from the bustle. They also recommended us a snorkeling tour which was a great fun. Without their recommendations we would have missed all the fun. Will definitely stay there again!

This apartment is in a great location with a breathtaking view. It's very simple and clean. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is very basic but will meet your needs for simple meals or snacking. The landlord is very friendly and helpful.

We travelled to Korcula in September. A perfect time to visit with less tourists crowding the sites. Gaelle greeted us when we arrived at the catamaran drop off and helped us bring our luggage up to the apartment. Our seaview apartment gave an incredible view. She gave us a great tour of the apartment and showed us a binder of things to do around Korcula likes the popular sites, excursions and restaurants. Korcula was the highlight of our trip to Croatia. There was so many things to see and do in Korcula and we plan to return! Thanks Gaelle and Evan for a wonderful time!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights after coming from Bol. The location is just right, up the hill (a little bit steep but manageable) from the ferry spot. Overlooking the city, the old church and the port. We enjoyed the easy access to restaurants and the big super market.
This apartment is spacious, the hosts friendly (she's canadian with better english than mine).

A wonderful experience staying at the Adriatic Pearl Apartments in Korcula started just right with owner Ivan meeting us at the ferry terminal and driving us to his house. The apartment was fantastic, new and clean, good size, well equipped, comfortable bed and the most fantastic balcony with view overlooking the old town and sea beyond. It was heaven ! Later we met his beautiful wife Gaelle and young son. Gaelle spoiled us with some extras and when we did not have luck in getting a tour she called her friend to arrange a private island tour with winery visits and tastings. Everything is so convenient from the apartments such as a great grocery store, restos, ferry terminal, bus station and beaches etc. We want to return some day for sure ! Thank you Ivan and Gaelle.
