Very good small hotel, with great service. It is right next to everything in town so you will not miss anything. Great big room (number 14) with nice stone walls around that give you feeling you are in the old town, nice fan so that you can cool down without airco. Big bed but a bit to hard for me. You are in town so it is a bit noisy outside and the houses and all are all very close by. Great breakfast with finaly a drinkable hotel coffea, good eggs, fruits and whatever. Very good and friendly staff. The parking is in the tommy centet about 5 minutes walk. Reasobable prices for the room cc 150 euro per night, only small downside is expensive drinks at the bar but enough places around to find cheaper options. Korcula town overall is not cheap.

We were assigned a room in the annex just across the road from the original building and were not disappointed at all. The rooms although on the small side provided all the necessities. Having to manage two keys to access the room was a small nuisance and would be nice if more modern approach was used but hardly a show stopper. The hotel is perfectly situated just outside one of the main entrances to old town and a short walk from the ferry. We opted out of the breakfast option for this hotel as we found it significantly overpriced with other options in the immediate area. Super friendly and welcoming staff.

What a place! The setting was ideal, right in the heart of the old town with everything within walking distance. The rooms were spotless and old style, had a beautiful view onto the old cobbled streets. Staff were amazing, so helpful and gave us great tips as to how to fill our days. Breakfast was fab, would definitely return!

Fabulous experience 10 out of 10. We booked two rooms here for 4 people for 2 nights and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The hotel is located just steps from the Old Town gate, the ferry terminal, and marina. The building is an old heritage building but everything is recently renovated and updated. The rooms are charming and comfortable. The staff is amazing and caters to everything you need and super friendly.

We stayed in the luxury complex, which is around the corner from the main check-in. The check-in staff was always available and offered us to leave our bags until the room was ready. When the room was ready, they brought them up the 3 flights of stairs (much appreciated!). The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The A/C was powerful. There is a rooftop terrace as well that was nice to hang out at. The only note I have is that the towels are pretty thin and the beach towels as well. But they do provide beach towels to take out for the day, which was great. The location is perfect, you're right outside the big steps, so you're in between the heart of the old city and where you may meet for tours or the bus station. Everything was basically a 4 min walk.

The location of the Fabris Inn just outside the old city and a 3 minute walk from the fairy made extremely convenient. The room was very comfortable with very effective air conditioning. The roof top offered a great view of the old town wall and gate, a great place for evening cocktails. The young man, I believe his name was Nino not sure, was extremely helpful with providing us useful information during our stay. He gave us the business card of a private taxi that we used during the entire time of our stay to take us to the wineries, the beaches and dinner.

The Fabris has a great location near the Old City walls and easy walk from the ferry port.
We ended up opting for the newer annex across the street from the historic building. We were told it was quieter and newer than the original rooms.
The room we were assigned was “ground floor”. I didn’t realize that ground floor meant underground floor ! While the room itself was nice, it was a bit claustrophobic in that the only windows were high up and small to the street level. The room was very dark as a result.
The entry door to the room startled us the first time as there was a sound like small barking dogs when we went to open it ! I think it was the door scraping on the floor causing that sound - we got used to it after the second time or so and thought it funny if not strange.
Other than that, the location was the real winner here

We loved the Fabris. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very hearty. It included eggs, breads, cereals, yoghurts, deli meats, cheese, fruit, and much more. Less than a 5 minute walk from the port. The receptionist offered us ear plugs as she said it was an old building and could get noisy. I am a very light sleeper and I didn't hear any noise at all at night. Maybe those reviewers who complained about the noise were in a different building. Or perhaps at the height of summer it is noisier. We were there for a few days the second week of September, 2023.
We had a room overlooking the back street. With the windows closed and the air conditioner running, it was very calm.

We spent 3 nights in Fabris Inn, staying in the penthouse apartment on the top floor (about 45 steps up!). There were a number of issues with the room, the worst being the lack of hot water. There was none on the first night, on the second only enough for one shower, and finally we both managed a shower on the third night. We also had a problem with a stuck window blind and the a/c started leaking just before we left.
We were disappointed with the hotel mainly because of the lack of hot water - the room was expensive and it would have been nice to have been offered a refund of part of the price to make up for the inconvenience.
Breakfast was ok, not a big selection, just adequate.
I heard other guests being offered a welcome drink and free earplugs (which were needed one night) but we didn't get any.
More attention to room maintenance is needed.

The staff here really make you feel welcome - Nino in particular.
The room on the top floor with a Seaview is very nice however be aware that there are a few flights of stairs to get there. This was fine for us but may not be for everyone. The room was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 children.
Breakfast is lovely and they do offer free parking (noting that it is a hike up the hill, but not many parking options and the ones available are expensive). It is just across the road from the entrance to the old town and a fantastic location for walking everywhere. I would highly recommend this place
