We stayed here as it was recommended by friends. We are extremely pleased we took the recommendation which was also confirmed by the trip advisor reviews. You couldn't wish for a nicer couple as Mary and Bernard. So genuine and prepared to go many steps further than necessary. I could find no faults. Room was warm and cosy with coffee...

Stayed one night at last minute notice (same day) after they'd had a full house, so it was very nice of Mary to agree to making the room ready again for the evening. The house itself is very very nice and the views out the back are fantastic. It's close to the main road but noise wasn't a problem at...

when you combine the very pleasant hosts, the immaculate standard of the accommodation, good food, and an easy stroll into the centre of town, it all makes for a perfect place to stay!! We recommend it!

We recently had to stay in Cornwall for the funeral of one of our relatives and we couldn't have found a more welcoming place. The room was lovely and spacious, breakfast had a wide choice of items from which you could select all or just a few options. Mary and Bernard are friendly hosts who make you feel comfortable and...

Friendly welcoming couple, who were really helpful and flexible with early breakfast required. Lovely room with a fantastic view across the hills. Easy to find just off the A30 within a few minutes of a great pub for evening meals. Many thanks for making our brief 2 night stay enjoyable and hope to be back next year.

This B&B is located in the outskirts of Launceston. Our room for three people (2 adults and 1 child) was very clean and comfortable and had a panoramic view over the countryside. We enjoyed a delicious full cooked English breakfast in a lovely living room. But the most important thing was the kindness of the owners, Mary and Bernard :...

I stayed in Tyne Wells House B&B for three weeks, and i couldn't stay in a better place. the b&b is in Launceston, near to supermarkets and the town centre, but it's also in front of the countryside, and so you can see every day beautiful views of corwall hills and pastures, but also many tiny birds who find a...

I challenge anyone to find any Bed & Breakfast of this high standard. Mary & Bernard were impeccable hosts and made us feel very very welcome, so much so we will be going back. The room had panoramic views of the countryside and spotlessly clean. There were thoughtful little touches in the room. Home made biscuits outside the rooms along...
