The room where wee stayed was in need of a complete makeover, it was directly facing onto the area were staff take there tea/smoke breaks, also where the bottles are sorted out and deliveries arrive and i couldn't sleep with the noise of the oil burner blasting throughout the night, the noise was awful it was a complete disgrace. When...

I have stopped off here on a few occasions recently, mainly due to hunger and convenience whilst travelling. The food is fine but can be expensive. My comment is that this place has so much untapped potential. The cramped bar area where food is served is stuffed in a corner of the building. A room with no views, it is...

The river setting of the hotel is nice and while Belleek is a small, quiet place, there's really not much to do there. The hotel itself is quite unremarkable, but the staff are friendly and helpful and the food is fine. Strangely, my car was covered in wasps after parking it under a tree at the front of the hotel,...

Stayed here on a SuperValu weekend break with my husband and small child. Overall we were very impressed with the hotel. Our room was large, modern and very clean with a huge bed and a great view of the river - an advance request which was accomodated without problem. We ate in the bar on the Friday night and very...

Excellent helpful staff, any queries dealt with very quickly in a friendly manner. Room was good, clean and tidy. Hotel interior could do with a facelift, looking bit worn and tired. Hotel in good location for visit to belleek pottery (walking distance), hotel had two for one voucher which was a bonus. Very easy to also get to Donegal /...

There are times when you can't please everyone and there are times when you won't please anyone. Stayed here in September as part of a group, manager and staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spotless, beds comfortable and no issue with any blankets. No problems with hot water, plenty of it. Like all hotels, some rooms...

The rooms are very old fashioned & unsatisfactory. Dont listen when they say 'Fitness suite, well appointed rooms or premiere dining experience' all of these statements are false! Our room looking out on the staff smoking area so had to listen to their constant yelling & shouting. We had a half boarded up wall in our 'bathroom' along with a...

My husband and I had overnight stay recently. very disappointing and very expensive. Cost us £90.00 for one night. Impossible to sleep with heavy old fashioned over blanket. There was only a disabled shower in the toilet, no bath. There was no hot water in the shower. The breakfast was very poor, the scrambled eggs were so loaded with salt...

My wife and I stayed here for one night and were not impressed. On entering our room we found there was no TV. We reported this to the front desk, who seemed surprised, but told us one would be put in. It was, but it did not work. At the time of my reservation, which was months before our stay,...
