We stayed here because it was so close to the Belleek Pottery Visitors' Centre. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Dinner in the hotel bar was pretty decent and had a great view of the Erne River right next to the hotel. The room could have used some renovations but it was fine for our purposes. We...

Hotel was in a scenic spot.The staff on reception were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was nice - spacious and clean with comfortable beds and had hairdryer, kettle etc. Bathroom was lovely.The staff in the bar were great and the food that we had in the bar the 1st night was really good. Food in both bar and restaurant was very good, good menu, well cooked and well served. Staff pleasant and friendly. Housekeeping could be much improved - dead flies on bedroom floor when we booked in were still there 3 days later! En-suite cleaned every day but clearly the bedroom floors were not vacuumed.
