Were here for a few days but about 2 should pull it up. Rooms were clean, food ok and prices reasonable but this place needs a lot more TLC. It looks tired and in need of a lot of maintanance,.Staff made little effort to help us with local attractions, or equipment. Most staff seemed to be enjoying a holiday there...

Stayed here November 2009, but since I'm just new to TripAdvisor, am catching up on my reviews. The best things about Jasmin Beach Resort are the price, the surroundings, and the lack of tourists. Our medical mission trip stayed here for 6 days on part of our medical mission trip...we traveled to villages on the island of Samar each day. This was a great place to stay while we were there...relaxing, good food, and great beach to swim/relax.

The Jasmin is for sure a nice place, but there it ends. The personnel is unmotivated, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. The room did do not even have a chair! The television is old, and the reception is miserable. There is no telephone, no room service, just nothing what should be expected for this high price for Samar. The...
