Everything was great about this hotel. Cleanliness, location, comfort, service all wonderful. Brewers Restaurant is just next door. The food is not that great. The heating is quite noisy and kept me awake most of the night.

Usually I am not one to write a review but after receiving such first class treatment upon my arrival by the vibrant, friendly and helpful receptionist Kelly B, I felt it my duty to convey the extreme professionalism I experienced first hand . Nothing was to much trouble for Kelly and every question was met with a caring attitude. Also...

We stayed for one night over Easter and booked an evening meal plus breakfast over at the Brewer's Fayre restaurant. I had tried to check in via the email sent to me but for some reason was being charged twice for the food so I left it. When we arrived at the Premier Inn the entrance is round the back...

Asked for early check in. Clean tidy and functional. Everything worked and staff helpful. Car parking was easy and there was no road noise even though we over looked the A41. Breakfast was across the car park at the Chef n Brewer. Plentiful buffet and not rushed.

was fairly uninspired by this hotel. the room was exactly as I would expect... with one huge exception. We could hear next door's phone vibrating as if it was one of ours every time it went off. The floor seemed to bounce and made it impossible to be quiet, which a number of other guests obviously gave up on pretty...

The lady on reception made us feel welcome straight away. The hotel smells clean and fresh as soon as you walk in. Check in was quick and simple. Rooms were well equipped and immaculate. I highly recommend this hotel.

The overnight stop was well catered for by the typical Premier experience. If anything this hotel seems to have a slight edge on some other Premiers I have stayed at. The breakfast was provided at the Brewers Fayre next door and was without wanting. The meal the previous night was at The Black Bull which was excellent; the Brewers being...

Nice hotel, with a good welcome at reception. efficient and friendly. Bed was Good and the over all room was as one would expect from a Premier Inn. WIFI was a tad ropy but the option to upgrade is always available. personally think that this should be called out in the initial booking.... Breakfast was next door - across the...

standard Premier Inn room, clean, tidy etc etc but came back after a day out to find one of our parties room doors stood wide open, no real reaction from reception except sorry and they will speak to housekeeping. Not a good enough reaction I'm afraid as this could have all sorts of outcomes had it been a single female...

Nice welcome good Hotel, but ruined by bedrooms without opening windows, no fresh air (and temperature dial which won't go lower than 19 degrees). Sunday morning staff on reception whom does not listen to customers complaints as above. Then tells you that all of the modern Premier inns are like this ! Wow
