The owners should have advised me there were no water sports available. It was a long journey by bus, trotro and then 4x4 truck for half an hour on a very rough road. The air conditioner did not work the first night so we were moved to another room the next night. The cook prepared very good food. The beach... More

This was one of the worst holiday experiences we have ever experienced. It advertises watersports but nothing was working when we arrived, not the jet skis, not the fishing boat, nor the diving boat. Totally misrepresented on the website. The refridgerator did not work, nor the kettle or microwave. When we asked to replace the refridgerator nothing was done. The... More

If you want something easy, touristic and typical diving let me recommend you dont go to Miemia, go to Cancun (with all respect...) After diving around the world, Kedas, Miemia is the place with the strongest personality that Ive ever went for diving. Protected from massive tourism, different, wild, many things to experience... What you can expect about a place... More

I have just returned from a great weekends diving at Kedas Lodge. I arrived at 9am after leaving Accra around 5am,the journey went without any problems and only a small on the spot fine for speeding, which of course we all know that it happens. After unpacking my dive gear I was shown to my room which was directly on... More

After one week of travel in Ghana we spent one week with Silvia and Mike in Kedas Lodge. It is simply stunning how organised and professional this remote and quite place is managed. Behind the lodge is a thick jungle with mangroves, in front a pretty and quite bay and to the left and the right nothing but empty ,... More

Took a while to write this as original write up was lost, but then found after our move. Well what can I say. Room was small and adequate but didn't feel quite clean. TV didn't work and aircon was not much better, just about worked like a fan and shoved air around but didn't really cool the room. If you... More

We visit the place with some family, we didn't had water to shower. When I reported this matter to the manager he said that he can't help for it. We thought we will try the Lodge over Easter again. We arrive at the Lodge No Water or electricity for 2days. We were told that generator burnt out. Myself and my... More

Getting here is an adventure! It’s about 2 hours from the Ivory Coast border and you have to turn off after the second customs barrier on a dirt track and drive alongside rubber trees for what seems an eternity but is apparently only 14 kms. The road ends at the last village, Miemia, and you’re there. There are a few... More

Kedas lodge is in a lovely bay on a lagoon with safe swimming. A mixture of accomadation types that do all open up onto the bay - we had booked a single and a double but were not told that the double was the the honeymoon suite as it was the only room they had left, and thus we were... More

We spent 3 nights at Kedas Lodge. We went specifically for the Scuba Diving. Mike, Sylvia and team made us very welcome. The accommodations all open up directly onto the beach, which is a beautiful little fishing bay in the village of Miemia. The rooms were well presented and comfortable with beach front terraces and air conditioning. The restaurant was... More
