The beds were old and soft. Our room was freezing. They were generous enough to have a small electric heater place in the room. BUT there was only one plug-in. So only one of us could charge our phone! Flies everywhere! Especially in the bathrooms. Overpriced. We paid $55 each! So this was a $110 room. Crazy! I was expecting...

Management response:

Couple of things about this review. The rates were set by this guests own club. The facility was rented to that organization and they sold the rooms to their members. We got paid only a fraction of the rate mentioned here. We need to negotiate a better deal. One outlet? Not to sound facetious, until 2007 there were no outlets...

I just hosted 24 30ish year old guys for a bachelor party at the lodge. The small cabins were great, and the extra guests were able to overflow into the hotel style main lodge. Everyone there is very laid back, and even with 24 yahoos up there we didn't run into any problems etc. Once you have enough of the...

This is not the first time, but the most recent in awhile I've had the pleasure to return here. This time I took my now latter aged teenage son and we rented a cabin for a few days. The cabin was rustic but very well appointed with a/c, full kitchen, dining, 2 bedrooms, and bath. Exceptionally clean! (This coming from...

Stayed here this past weekend while working at Rally of the Tall Pines. The location was one of the places the event paid for if you worked. It was a nice little place! Beautiful scenery. Dated, but comfortable. My only complaints were the bed in room one seemed a little slanty, and the women's shower head was pretty bad! Other...

Thanks for the feedback on the bed and the shower. To be honest, the entire 130 year old building slants in various directions, but we do our best to keep it safe and comfortable. These 2 issues will be addressed promptly. Tall Pines guests are among our favorites each year and we do our best to meet your needs.

We stayed in the lodge this past weekend and I have nothing but praise for both the owner and facility. George was a most gracious host and has a wealth of information about the area, which he shared gladly. We opted to have our breakfasts provided. I'm sure the host of the food show You Gotta Eat Here would agree...

I usually stay at the lodge several times throughout the season ..... right up into the fall. I enjoy the cabins and sitting under the stars buy the campfire..... Fishing is good all over the lake, and the rental boats at the lodge is perfect for touring around the lake..... if a place looks good, kill the motor and cast...

Our first trip to Canada and I couldn't have asked for a more authentic experience. The lake was gorgeous and there was plenty to do for everyone in the entire family. We enjoyed canoeing in the early morning and playing ping pong late into the night with lots of stuff to do in between. The Marina & Lodge staff were...

We were in the area for a family reunion with plans to camp but the weather and later arrival, it did not work out. We were able to get rooms at the Lodge and the hospitality was excellent with it being like a home away from home. We would like to thank George and the rest of his wonderful staff...

We originally booked for our family, but required other rooms for my brothers family as well. The staff were able to make last minute accommodations for all of us. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong, pool, play station 3, computer, and wifi access. Breakfast was included and was made at the time we requested. Rooms were very neat and clean....

Our family was in the Limerick area for a family reunion and we had the privilege of staying at the Limerick Lake Lodge. The customer service was top notch, so accommodating and friendly. We had extra family join us there (last minute because of terrible weather) and George (owner) got things straightened away quickly and with a wonderful attitude. We...
