We spent 2 nights at the Omaruru Game Lodge at the end of December and loved it! In the midst of the terrible drought and resulting very hot and dry countryside, it was wonderful to arrive at the lodge and its beautiful green and cool gardens – a real oasis! The Superior double rooms all overlooking the waterhole were very...

Been to the lodge several times before and never been disappointed. Sami was one of the highlights of the visit, a 6 month old Giraffe being fostered by the lodge and extremely friendly. A 12 month drought means a lot of wild life at the lodges water. A great place to see it

I am very disappointed in our stay at Omaruru Game Lodge. No one assisted us with our luggage on arrival even after we requested help at check in. Our family room had no toilet paper on arrival. Our room was not refilled with coffee, milk or sugar once during our stay. We asked on a daily basis if we could...

This lodge I can only recommend. Amazing staff, great food, beautiful lodge and even better wildlife right outside your hotel room/around the hotel. Love the game drive, so worth it and you get to hang out and touch the elephants and feed them, you get to eat and drink really well and they look after you very well. The only...

One should do a game drive with Sam. He knows a lot and shows you all the animals in the gamepark. Actually the Lodge has so many animals, that I didnt have the impression, that they wild anymore. But well, the swiss owner knows how to run this place. Just the pizzas could be better (with real cheese..). Best time...

If you travel to Namibia it is absolutely compulsory spending at least one night here. Better two nights. The game drive with the elephant feeding is definitely a highlight. Having all these animals so close two you is an unforgettable experience!!!

What an amazing place! They feed the animals at dinner time by the main lodge. As soon as the put the feed out, the various animals come trotting over. It's like Noahs Ark! Antelope, giraffe, zebra, rhino, ostrich etc... All come to feed. Do the game drive and see elephants close up. We stayed in the self catering lodges which,...

A perfect place for seeing the wildlife. Very peaceful and quiet. Service is very good. You cant see the big five but you can check in their website all that you can see, they dont lie about it. Finally the price in very good if you compare it with the best game lodge.

We went for a day trip, four adults, a child and a baby. We had lunch and it was good. We had BBQ burger, Bratwürste with potatoes salad, pizza and spaghetti bolognese. The water holes were just in front of the restaurant, so we have a fantastic view of the peacocks, Ostriches, birds, Zebras, etc. Close to the reception is...

Stayed here one night only. Really near Etosha Park. Ideal for birdwatching and for families. Each rom/unit has the named of an animal (for example, mine was Impala). Nothing negative, we saw event a family of elephants, but there are many (too many) peacocks, so madre they could be noisy and not let you sleep during the night
