So many skiers and boarders seem to think if you can't stay right at the mountain, then you're better off in the town of Taos, mostly because of the price. As a frequent visitor to the regions best mountain, everything from the friendly folks assisting throughout a stay, outstanding rooms and amenities to a sumptuous hot breakfast daily to the...

This facility is very close to the ski area. If you don't want to drive the mile or so the also offer a shuttle. The staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic but nicely decorated. The are definitely set up for skiers. The last time I stayed I was unable to take advantage of their breakfast which is included....

This was our first ski trip to Taos Ski Valley. Columbine Inn was an EXCELLENT choice for my party of 2 Moms and 2 college students. We stayed in a room with loft which gave the college girls some privacy. The owners(husband and wife) are "hands on" and very accommodating. The front desk personnel were very personable and a delight...

We appreciate your taking the time to provide feedback. The most enjoyable part of owning a lodge is meeting guests and the most rewarding part is meeting their expectations. Thank you again for your business and we look forward to seeing you in the future. Paul & Susie Geilenfeldt

Loved this place - less than 2 miles from the base of one of the gnarliest ski mountains in the West. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is great, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Also, the free shuttle to and from the mountain makes life so much easier. Will definitely stay their during my next trip to Taos Ski...

Our family has stayed at Columbine for our past 3 skiing trips! The first time was with extended family, the second time was just us (family of 4) and the third time with a group of friends(about 30 of us and all ages). The inn is charming, very pretty and very close to the ski resort. The inn provides shuttle...

Staff throughout this Inn were all friendly and helpful, but Shawn in the breakfast lodge took amazing care of us! Everything was delicious and hot, served with a smile and extra special touches like sides of green chili sauce and more. We will definitely be back.

This is a pretty, quiet and comfortable privately owned hotel in Taos Ski Valley. The owners were friendly, welcoming and accomodating. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It is a great place to stay if you're taking advantage of the outdoor activities, though there were no restaurants, stores, etc. during our visit (due, in part to construction at...

I stayed here on a 10-day retreat with ~20 people, so can't speak to how it is for regular travelers. There were amenities we did not use, such as the hot tub & fireplaces, & the retreat had its own cook so I don't know what their usual breakfast is like. The room I had was a very generous size...

My family and I stayed for four nights, and the Columbine offered us all we needed for a family ski trip to Taos. Our room had two queen-sized beds with one of them on the loft above. My children loved the loft as it gave them a sense of privacy. (Their parents had the same reaction!) The room is not...
