We were in Room 14, which is on the top floor. The room has a wonderful balcony that faces a lovely stream. We went in the summer to get away from the heat of the city. The hotel was very nice and the staff were great. The jets on the hot tub were not working but it was nice sitting...

This is a great place. Beautiful cozy hotel. Great staff. Close to the stray dog. Right by the Wheeler peak trail. But...... there's no ac in the rooms. So you HAVE to get a balcony room so you have a breeze at night. AND get a fan from the front or you'll burn up at night. We had to switch...

We were booked into the Taos Mountain Cabin, and were very pleased. This cabin is about 1 1/2 miles from the mail lodge, an easy drive, or a beautiful walk. The cabin easily accommodated us, 3 adults and 2 children. There was a living room with sofa bed, a double bed in the bedroom, and two twin beds in the...

We visited in the summer and rented the two bedroom/two bath suite #26 which is upstairs over the Bootdoctor's shop (which was closed). We were pleasantly surprised at the luxurious details in all aspects of the décor and furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the selection of pillows was double what is found in most hotel rooms. The furniture was...

A very nice place to stay! The room was excellent in all ways. The bed was very comfortable and the receptionists was great! They allow pets and do charge extra but it is worth it if you have a small dog like we do! We stayed during the off season this summer and had the summer rate. We will most...

My girls and I stayed at the Alpine for spring break this year and we were very please with the accommodations. Our room was well equipped and suited our needs and comfort quite well. Having ski lockers large enough to hold four pairs of skis is a nice perk as well. You'll have to walk about 50 yards uphill to...

It was about the only ski in, ski out place at Taos that we could afford. It had great ratings which it lived up to. My husband and I stayed in a King suite and it just had everything we needed: nice bed, couch, functional mini kitchen, flat screen TV, balcony, fireplace. I absolutely loved the Bear décor that the...

We stayed at Alpine Village hotel and we had great time there, the hotel is really close to the ski area, shops and restaurants, this is really convenient when you have to walk with your skis and poles at 10 ºF. Julie was an amazing host, she helped us with everything we needed. The room was very complete, we prepared...

Was there for three days over the Thanksgiving holiday. We stayed at Cottam Lodge which is 1.5 miles from the resort. It is an older building that had been refreshed we had everything we needed for our group in the room. Free wifi was a bonus because we had no service with AT&T. Front desk desk staff was amazing and...

We just returned from a very pleasant night at Alpine Village. I was concerned after recent reviews about lack of heat and noise but all went well. We stayed in king suite #9, just one floor up from reception. The room was large and charmingly decorated with a forest and bears theme. The gas fireplace came on immediately with the...
