This resort is owned by a very kind family who wants to give you a homely feeling. The view is stunning, it's quiet and there is a laid back atmosphere. The food that they prepared is fresh and delicious. We would recommend to hire a scooter of motorbike. The little town of Narra has enough to offer. A daily market,...

Okay so first the positives. We arrived a day earlier than we booked and Jay, the owner son, kindly spent an hour preparing the room for us which was much appreciated! The food is excellent, original, fresh, 10 out of 10. Jay, is lovely and always tried his best to make the wifi work, unfortunately the wifi here is virtually...

Staff in this hotel is excellent - they are ready to do anything you want so that you could have a pleasant stay. We stayed there with 14 people in January and Ronnie with his sons were amazing hosts - they picked us up from the airport and arranged a minivan to El Nido. Every day they offered us transport...

We could not have been happier with Macapuno, the place and people were wonderful. Food was consistently fantastic from breakfast to dinner, western to local. Walking the long deserted beach or visiting the near-by attractions we just had fun and enjoyed. Ronnie, his sons and staff assisted us with any request as well as making us feel right at home...

While the throngs head north to Sabang and El Nido, we headed south for some seclusion and local charm. The resort is situated about 3 km off the main road in the middle of a coconut grove. The accommodations are simple but good, made up of small thatched casitas. We were in a family casista, which gave us a very...

I came here by accident because my Ferry was canceled and I ended up staying there for 10 days! The Resort itself is a very lovely, quiet place directly on the endless, lonely beach surrounded by palm trees. The owner, his sons and the staff are more than attentive and friendly. They try to make everything perfect although it is...

We stayed at Ronnie's place for only two nights. His guesthouse is a family run business and he sent us his sons to pick us up from the airport for additional 500 per person. On our arrival we get a welcome drink an Ronnie seemed very happy that he is part of our Philippines vacation. The area around the guardhouse...

A nice remote resort with a beautiful view. Nothing is better than waking up and seeing the sea in the morning. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed Ronnie and his sons hospitality. The cook made us the most delicious fish-dishes, maybe the best cooking we tasted in the Philippines :) The south op Palawan looks different from the...
