Visited over the Easter Break, very welcoming. We were able to take our 2 dogs with us, which was a great relief. Lots of lovely walks in and around the village, many beautiful beaches not too far away either . The Room my husband and I were in was spacious, clean, lovely soft fluffy towels. My husband is disabled, we...

This is a pretty average guest house. I was glad that we had a car, since it was a smaller village. We had a triple room which was perfect for us. Parking is in back of the building and when coming in the back door, we walked through the kitchen, which was a little unusual. But we have no complaints...

One gets what one pays for and this guest house was certainly cheap, but regrettably, not up to the stars awarded it by the Scottish Tourist Board. Dirt, screws, old curtain fixing on the windowsill and spilt coffee down the chest of drawers. The linen was very old-fashioned and the towels small and thin. What a shame.

We stayed for 1 night on a trip round the north east. I had booked a triple room which was a reasonable size and had everything needed to make a comfortable stay. We enjoyed a beautiful summers evening sitting out on the roof terrace with a glass of wine. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and freshly cooked to...

My wife and I stayed here at the start of May for a wedding in the local area. The room and facilities were more than sufficient but what really made our stay memorable was the level of service from Christine & Keith. They made sure our every need was taken care of and very very friendly and attentive throughout our...

Very welcoming and comfortable, even had wine glasses and bottle opener in room. Breakfast was fabulous! Plenty room to park in private car park, and overall great value. Would definitely stay there again.

The Dunedin guest house is very comfortable and great value. The breakfast was lovely (best poached egg on toast I have ever had!) and the owners were very welcoming despite my late arrival and having to get a tyre on my hire car pumped up while they were preparing breakfast for other guests! If you are looking for total luxury...
