Stayed overnight as attended a Chvrches gig at the nearby O2 Victoria Warehouse, which is only a ten minute walk away so is an ideal base. As has been noted the rooms are a little dated but are clean and very comfortable. I had a standing floor heater in the room I stayed in

Dear Guest, I am sorry to hear that you couldn't enjoy your stay with us, we are aware of some rooms with leaking roofs however we are in the process of refurbishing the entire hotel to a four-star standard and prior to this, all roofs will be well maintained. Please do contact me directly should you return to the area and I will allocate one of the better rooms in the hotel. Once again my sincere apologies Looking forward to welcoming you to the hotel in the near future. Regards

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you couldn't enjoy your stay with us. All our equipment have undergone the PAT testing on 28th Jan 2019, so I am not sure about your comment, but I will check if you can let me know your surname or room number you stayed in. As you can appreciate this is a historical building, and the hotel is under new ownership very recently and have plans to upgrade the hotel to a four-star level. The rate of £100/- even on a match day is very competitive as all the hotel sells more than £200 on the event and match dates. We are soon to launch our refurbishment next month onwards and will keep you posted about the progress. I hope you will consider staying with us again and I will personally take care of you when you visit us next time. Sorry for all the inconvenience caused. Kind Regards Manager
