I stayed in Eilean a Cheo in September and it was lovely. The room was perfect for the 2 of us, big bed and the view of the castle was amazing and we managed to see the most beautiful sunset. Mary was a wonderful host. We loved the breakfast. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

I stayed here for a few nights while on business nearby and this B&B exceeded all my expectations, none of the photos really do it justice. The rooms are modern, decorated very stylishly, and are jam-packs with facilities such as tv's, tea and coffee facilities, a fridge and wifi. The hosts are very friendly, knowledgable of the area extremely accommodating.... More

We stayed for two nights, Mary was an excellent host very caring. The room with ensuite was very comfortable and clean. The B&B is in easy walking distance to the local pubs/restaurants in Dornie. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Shower was good, towels were clean and plentiful. Breakfast was excellent. Was nice to see someone offer something in addition to the normal Scottish fried breakfast. I enjoyed... More

We enjoyed a lovely 3 day stay at Eilean a Cheo and can certainly recommend it to others. The location is good and within easy walking distance of Eilean Donan Castle and the Clachan Pub (good food and drink) in Dornie. The rooms were well decorated and the bed very comfortable. The room is a little on the small side,... More

Stayed 2 nights in a nice clean and bright room on the ground floor, very comfortable king-size bed, and two small club chairs with a small round table, so there was somewhere for both of us to sit. Usually, there's only one chair and the other person has to sit on the bed, which isn't always convenient. Rather a small... More

Stayed just the one night but was made very welcome by the delightful Mary. Room was comfortable. In the morning there was a great choice of three types of breakfast. I had the traditional cooked breakfast which was excellent and was preceded by muesli with homemade yoghurt. All was delicious. Overall a lovely b&b, great value, high standard, and a... More

“We chose rooms with castle view, rooms 1 & 2. It was a nice view and we could indeed see the castle, but don't expect too much - a large part of it was blocked by a big white house.”
