It's modern, clean, staff extremely polite as in all of Japan, but could be so much better for westerners with just a little effort. WiFi only available in reception. A LAN cable is in all rooms. I stayed there for 3 nights on my business trip. The room size is normal business hotel in Japan, and was very clean. Also, the hotel offers a large bath room for all male guests on the 2nd floor with free of charge (male only). The hotel is located next to Ina North Station. Thus, you will hear train crossing...
