It's not at all Japanese traditional, try a ryokan if you want that. Staff were great. Weekends were a nightmare. No ski lockers available, breakfast waited 30 minutes to be seated and eventually gave up to ensure we got first tracks ( which we did)...More

We stayed at the Annex, not the main hotel. It's not as nice but if you don't mind older-looking amenities it's excellent value for money! The staff are super helpful and speak very fluent English (during the snow season, anyway) so you'll be well looked...More

We stayed here earlier this year and there was a washing machine and dryer available for guests to use.
