We book the musashi room , one of the biggest room with outdoor private onsen in the hotel. The view itself overlooks the river and and truly an incredible experience, For the public bath, you can also book your own time slot for the river outdoor onsen which is not just exclusive, but truly an experience of its own. Mr Usui san takes good care of us from the planning of the trip on the arrangement and also the plans and itineries. We probably will have got lost hiking if it was not for his kind arrangement of where to hike as the best option. The Yashio hiking trail is very nice and indeed, there are a lot of variations in between which makes it more interesting. The next day hike along the romance trail gives a wider persperctive of the mountains, the different layers of red shades which gives us a good photographic backdrop. We will definitely recommend this onsen hotel to those who are interested to stay in this area for the night and certainly, we do appreciate all the good... More
