        It took 21 years and an 18 hour journey from overseas then five train legs to reach Meiken Onsen. It was delightful. It would be typical to stay only a couple of nights in such onsen, then move on or return to concrete canyons. I...More

        Very friendly, not a lot of English spoken here but we managed to communicate quite well considering the language barrier. Not far from the habour I found an excellent fish market for lunch and had 6 second crab

        Hi, I am having trouble finding out how to book a hotspring lodge in Keyakidaira from Australia. I don't speak Japanese. Do they have availability for 11th October for a double room? And how much is it please? If they are booked out, would the be able to please check with the other Keyakidaira Hot spring lodges? Thank you very much for your help.
