A group of 14 of us stayed at Hotel Alicante while we were in El Salvador for a Habitat for Humanity trip. The timing of our trip wasn't the best as we were there during Tropical Depression 12-E. This place was a great find. Initially we wanted to spend time at the beach but we were too late booking over Easter. We found this place in the mountains and i am glad we did. This is simply a beauty tucked up in the mountains of El Salvador. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the service is great. I stayed one night and though the location is amazing and the gardens are spectacular, the room was a let down. The bathroom in the room I stayed in (Room #1) was tiny and very uncomfortable.
