Looks ok at first glance. Beds very small so wife had to get the put up bed from wardrobe. The matress was disgusting with bodily fluids of all description. There was a pair of soiled ladies pants inside it. The shower rail and towel rail in the bathroom both dropped to pieces. At this point i suppose you natrually start... More

I know there is not always truth in sayings but it seems this time the one that says ‘when it rain it pours’ is correct. I do not wish to go into a defence mode, however, wish to take a moment to say that all areas of your complaint will be throughly cross checked and rectified. You make some very... More

Excellent service throughout from the staff that were all well trained and very well mannered. My room being the driver, was tiny with a single bed, very dated but did the job. I also managed to find parking right outside of the hotel for my coach, but that was just sheer luck, as a car pulled out when i turned... More

We stayed in the Junior Suite room 238. Everything would have been close to perfect if the spa bath hadn't had rusty looking 'bits' coming out of the jets when we got it going. And since we'd waited so long for it to fill, we weren't going to empty it, and fill again once they'd stopped coming out. Looked like... More

This was okay, but little more than that. The food was perfunctory, although I saw someone else's food and it looked much nicer. The room was fine and clean. The staff didn't seem very worried about service!
