I stayed here while attending a conference in the village. Found the room cozy and very quiet. Not too long a walk to get to the village. Front desk staff were courteous and the place seemed very clean. Not sure I'll ever be back to the area as I live on the other side of the country, but if I...

Stayed with this hotel though they booked me in a studio in the village room was ok and kitchenette was great. Main issue is there was no notice pools were closed and despite having booked through the inn and being part of a massive group there they would not give us access to the indoor pool at the inn. You...

Dear urminsky, Thank you for providing this feedback following your trip to Blue Mountain Resort, we are disappointed to see that you did not thoroughly enjoy your stay at the Mosaic Suites. The pool at this property is the only year round, heated, outdoor facility on resort and was taken out of commission for some much needed updates and improvements....

We stayed here for two nights as part of Dance Competition weekend. The hotel was certainly decent enough. Beds were reasonable. Bathroom was in decent condition. Nothing really to complain about. But the hotel is showing its age. And compared to so many of the other properties at Blue Mountain this one would be far down the list. That is...

Dear lfhk, Thanks for this feedback, we are pleased to hear that the Inn met your needs and was convenient to your event location. The Inn common areas and guest rooms enjoyed a full refurbishment, completed in December of 2012 and the results have been well received by many of our past and present guests. The proximity to the Village...

Stayed three nights while golfing in the Blue Mountain area. The hotel has a nice restaurant reasonably priced for breakfast. I can't speak to the lunch nor dinner menu as we dined elsewhere. The restaurant staff very professional and nice. The check in and out experience was efficient and quick. The invoice was delivered under the door on the morning...

Really enjoyed our stay in the village. Our room was very inviting and well planned out. It was raining and unusually cold for May so we appreciated the fireplace in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Was able to meet visitors from Europe in the halls, and they also seemed to very pleased. Eating establishments in the village were great...

We stayed at the blue mountain inn for 3 nights for a dance competition this past month. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Our family of four were comfy with room to spare. The bathroom was updated with a great shower(no tub). Just missing a microwave in the room for warming up snacks. We'll be back again.

The most important thing to expect from any accommodation for every traveller is a good night sleep. If the stay is not comfortable, it really doesn't matter if it has a good location. Compared to the other resorts under the Blue Mountain umbrella, this hotel doesn't match to the standards. The biggest complaint being the extremely noisy heater in the...
