The whole family stayed in a Suite Apartment for 2 nights. Huge space with fully equipped pantry. 2 large bedrooms. The location is right in the village next to many facilities, Cafe & Restaurants, and Village attractions. Staff was very cheerful, attentive and highly

Dear PradeepSainani, Thank you for posting a review of your recent visit to Blue Mountain Resort, we are happy to hear how well you enjoyed your stay, and the many dining and retail outlets in the Village. We greatly appreciate you mentioning our associates and their flare for service excellence. To ensure clarity for those reading your review, the description of the lodging and amenities, leads us to believe you were not staying in the Blue Mountain Inn but rather one of the Village hotels. The Blue Mountain Inn offers standard hotel rooms with 2 double beds, no underground parking and no kitchen facilities. Yours in Hospitality, On behalf of Blue Mountain Resorts LP James Henry Vice President of Hospitality

As skiers, we have used this hotel many times! It looks horrible on the outside but the rooms are renovated in the last 3-5 years and are comfortable and well-appointed with fridge and micro-wave. Handy ski rack and hooks for placing gear! Great open area on the main floor

Dear Cycleskinuts, Thank you for taking the time to provide this review of your recent ski trip in March of this year. The Inn is in a very nice location and you can access the hills right outside the rear entrance. You really have all you need under one roof. The rooms were refurbished 5 years ago and continue to receive very favorable feedback. The Inn rooms do offer a mini fridge and coffee maker, however microwaves are not available in rooms at this particular hotel. First, its clear the hotel does not give any thought to assigning rooms. I was here for a conference. I was assigned a room quite a distance from the conference centre, overlooking the activity centre. Which was loud in the evening, featuring screaming from the young people.

Dear Dene48, Thank you for providing this feedback following your conference stay with us at Blue Mountain. Based on some of your comments it appears that you were not actually staying in the Blue Mountain Inn, irrespective we are disappointed to hear of your dissatisfaction. The Village suites are not all designed with balconies, most notably the Studio Suites, as such preferences such as this should be provided during the booking process. Our reservation associates can ensure notes are on file and rooms will be assigned subject to availablitily. The quality of cleaning services does not reflect our normal high standards and we regret to hear this was your experience. We will direct our team leaders in this deparmtent to your concerns to be used as a valuable coaching opportunity. Yours in Hospitality, On behalf of Blue Mountain Resorts LP James Henry Vice President of Hospitality

I stayed here while attending a conference in the village. Found the room cozy and very quiet. Not too long a walk to get to the village. Front desk staff were courteous and the place seemed very clean. Not sure I'll ever be back to the area as I live on the other side of the

Stayed with this hotel though they booked me in a studio in the village room was ok and kitchenette was great. Main issue is there was no notice pools were closed and despite having booked through the inn and being part of a massive group there they would not give us access to

Dear urminsky, Thank you for providing this feedback following your trip to Blue Mountain Resort, we are disappointed to see that you did not thoroughly enjoy your stay at the Mosaic Suites. The pool at this property is the only year round, heated, outdoor facility on resort and was taken out of commission for some much needed updates and improvements. We did issue e-mail communications to guests with current reservations and have posted a notice on our website and regret that you were not aware of the closure prior to your arrival. There is never a good time to undertake work of this magnitude and regret the disappointment you experienced as a result. The only indoor pool is located at the Blue Mountain Inn, with the demand on these facilities, particularly during busy dance competitions, offering all resort guests use would create significant over crowding and compromise guest safety. Yours in Hospitality, On behalf of Blue Mountain Resorts James Henry Vice President of Hospitality

If you are not staying at the inn, you can buy a usage pass for the pool, there is a game room and a few restaurants that you can use.

What is your pet friendly policy?
You never know what you will get when coming In April but we’ve had a long winter so far! I would go more north in Ontario if coming in April.
