We just spent three nights at Blue Mountain over the Family Day/Valentine's weekend. Check-in was very quick and the front desk staff very friendly. Parts of the resort look a little tired including many of the carpets in the hallways. I understand the difficulty of keeping a resort of this sort fresh but to us it appeared as if the...

Went Feb 12 to 15. Rating it pretty highly because it is so much more economical than any where else you can stay at Blue Mountain. We were there for the skiing and didn't feel the need to pay a lot for a high end hotel. Spent our money on ski lessons and a couple of nice dinners instead. One...

Dear rhiannonet, This is great feedback, thank you for taking the time to provide some commentary following your recent trip to Blue over the holiday weekend. The Inn is “IT”, as you have mentioned, economical and everything under one roof, with hill access right out the back door, unless you are seeking the lesson centre which might necessitate a short...

My dad and I come skiing here every year on family day, although the rooms are slightly on the smaller side, this hotel is great. The first time we looked at the hotel it reminded us of a hospital, however, when you enter the inside you can quickly see that all the necessary amenities are present. The hot tubs are...

Dear Lena v, Yeah, another flattering review showcasing the Blue Mountain Inn, this building has a lot of history, all of which was part of the founder, Jozo Weider’s vision, when he started building this resort. The interior underwent a thorough refurbishment of guest rooms and common areas just a few years ago which certainly added to the charm of...

Good: hotel lobby and the room was clean, front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, hotel was few minutes walking distance from the village, lobby Wi-Fi was convenient, hotel was right by the Coach Canada bus stop (for local bus stop you would have to walk to the village), indoor and outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi. Bad: paid in-room Wi-Fi,...

Hello All, I have just come back from staying overnight at the blue mountain inn, now having stayed in the village before, I was expecting a wonderful experience. What we received was something else. Let me first say that your staff is incredible: Kind, intelligent, great at their jobs with wonderful guest service skills. Your hotel on the other hand,...

Dear Jaquilyn G, Well, let’s start with a heartfelt thank you for your very kind words in regards to our amazing team of associates, they routinely garner feedback such as this and make us so very proud. Unfortunately your experience pales miserably in comparison to that of so many other guests that have shared their experiences on Trip Advisor. Generally...

The really excellent part of this Inn is the location and the amazing restaurant and staff, we spent the night and came in for a late meal that was excellent, and a great selection of wine to boot! They had a few hot tubs outside that look up to the ski hills and they looked very tempting. The beds were...

Attended a large(+300), 3-day conference here in August 2015 (a summer stay). The property is beautiful and well maintained, clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool available but I never had time to try it out. Looked inviting, well maintained. The room I was in was absolutely beautiful, bright, spacious, and clean. The bed provided...

Lovely. Loved all the shops. Had a piece of stale bread under our sheets. Loved skiing here - awesome slopes Loves swimming outdoors haha But why was the wifi 10$ a day? I have stayed in 5 star hotels and which - they provided free internet. Also our 50$ giftcard didnt help much, all shops didnt include it.

Dear JessicaDe3, There is free wifi in the common areas of the hotels, this service is adequate for browsing the internet and viewing e-mail.
