We stayed with family for two nights. The room were smelly, not clean at all. The sofa bed was broken and when we tried to reach the office for a solution or replacement they were closed and already gone. We try to call to the emergency / after-hours line for long time and there was no answer and not even...

I Booked a room for two nights back in November of 2016 for New Years Eve and Day for 6 people. When we arrived we were told that there were no rooms left available and that so we had to wait about over an hour until we were given a room that sleeps for 2 people. In comparison we booked...

We stayed in an apartment sleeping four adults there was sufficient space for the time we were in it. The kitchen was well equipped. The main village was a 5min drive or a 15min walk away. The staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. This resort had a ski in out facility but this we didn't use we preferred to...

We were underwhelmed! Beds were terribly uncomfortable. A two seater love seat was the seating in the common area, but it was a two bedroom. The room was literally freezing when we arrived and the outdoor stairs and deck were not shovelled and no shovel was available. This made unpacking treacherous. Towels were best described as sandpaper and worn out...

We stayed in condo 709. The unit is ok but needs to be updated. The pictures in the listing must be at least 10yrs old. The dishes in the cupboards needed to be cleaned again. The towels were threadbare and the beds uncomfortable. Definitely love the skiing at Blue Mountain but wouldn't consider returning to this stage place. (Particularly for...

We wanted to ski but not drive the hour and half each way so we booked this place for a few nights. We were on a budget and cooked our own meals in the tiny kitchenette. It had everything we needed. The price was decent mid week. The place was ok for the price and we enjoyed our stay. We...

Loved unit 9215 in Mountain Springs Resort. Beds are very comfortable and the unit is clean and updated. Feels very homey...I would love to move in permanently. They have everything you could need for an amazing stay. Very quiet and private and the view of the hill is amazing. The hot tub is a nice bonus and the on-site Thai...

Stayed here for two nights and overall it was a flawless experience. The whole place was done up very nicely, and you could visibly see the amount of effort that was put in to ensure a positive visit. Comfortable furniture, a kitchen with equipment, a jet tub, and a spectacular view from the upstairs bed. Waking up to the mountain...

This location was a spectacular getaway for my vacation with my boyfriend. So close to the lifts, we had easy access to the hills as well as many of my favourite restaurants along the base of the mountain. A warm and cozy space with beautiful views of the hill and snow. I didn't mind that it wasn't located right at...

Just stayed for 3 nights over New Years. Disappointed with our stay and here is why: 1)hot tub not in operation until 3rd night. Looking forward to a nice soak after skiing and not able to that for first 2 nights. 2) fireplace didn't work. Apparently the remote for it doesn't work and have to turn on manually? 3) when...
