Upon arrival we were without hot water, we were assured the problem would be solved by morning. 2 cold showers later we were moved up a floor. After 2 of the room guests checked out the other 4 were locked out of the room. Plenty of problems for a steep price tag. I expected more from this establishment.

I stayed a couple of times in both Studio and One bedroom and I don't get the high prices they charge for these units. Location is not in walking distance from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it is busy and late. Staff may seem all charming and nice but you feel them watching you all the time, in... More

Dear frenegonde1700, Thank you for posting a review of your stay at Blue Mountain Resort we appreciate your feedback, and regret your dissatisfaction. The Weider Lodge is located directly at the base of the slopes and the Village is right outside your front door, as such your comments are a bit confusing and almost suggest you were at another property... The best thing about this hotel is the front desk staff. Warm welcome, very detailed instructions regarding parking, extra fees. Waive our interent fee for a day and gave us an underground park pass, thank goodness as it is a hike from the outdoor lot(s). The onebed suite was clean, looked like it had never been used actually. The lodge exit is near the activity area. Very convenient to access all attractions easily. Hiking train starts rich beside the lodge as well. Pool and hot tub are available throughout the day. Express check out is very convenient as well. No line up at check in and out. Great stay.

We just came back from Blue Mountain. This is my fourth time visiting it, we usually go every year. We love it as a family because there is always something to do for everyone. We usually visit with a large group of either family or friends which adds to our positive experience. This year though we were very disappointed with... More

Our family of four spent two nights in a two bedroom suite. Having the kitchen was fantastic and having two bathrooms was a fabulous amenity!
