I give this place a 5 star for the amazing service we received from the staff... our room itself I would rate a 2. When we arrived we were placed on the first floor close to the entrance and exit of the village. At first, we thought it was great being only 10 steps to the village doors... but we...

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend and had a great time. So much to do and all the staff is very helpful. I'd recommend the Hike and tube, Ridge runner collar coaster, restaurants, walking through the village, great stores, scenic views and of course the slopes. The hotel has a great dry sauna and hot tub. Pro tip- get...

I stayed for one night at the Grand Georgian this year and had a blast. I went with a fairly large party and most of our rooms were upgraded from one bedroom suites to two bedroom suites. I think it's worth mentioning the hotel offered a complimentary 1 PM check when I asked in the morning.

Stayed at the seasons at the Grand Georgian. Facilities are beautiful right at the base of the mountain. Check in took a while, however rooms weren't ready, but we were going to ski anyway. We were supposed to be checked in automatically and a phone call would tell us the room so our keys would automatically be activated. At 3...

Stayed overnight to attend a Christmas function. Check-in was quick and efficient. Room was disappointing, carpet dirty. Heating could not be turned down and unable to open a window, so made for a rather unpleasant nights sleep. Bed was uncomfortable. Well supplied with kitchen supplies kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, cleaning cloths etc. Main complaint was the noise coming from...

Still here, stayed for newyears. Room is dirty, carpets stained, lots of scratches on walls, kitchen table no chairs, tub has no plug and shower tap is loose and broken. Jets didn't work in outdoor hot tub. Men at front door, work at resort but basically just talk to themselves, they don't help with luggage and don't greet you. Positives -...

I have had several conferences in this resort, so I decided to bring my wife and have a nice relaxing weekend - what a mistake. Upon check in they sent us to a room that was already occupied, when walking in - people were in the room. "Very Embarassing" for us and them. Then the hotel had a total of...

Went to Blue Mountain with the family and stayed at Grand Georgian. More rustic feeling building, but still had everything we were looking for. Location, location, location, right in the centre of the village, and right on the mountain (no skiing but great view). Have stayed in other village buildings, Westin and Mosaic (both too expensive and overpriced), Seasons (out...
