Visited in early May with the Desjardins Conference and couldn't have been more impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent amenities and the little village the hotel is situated in. Enjoyed the many activities the resort had to offer. Clean and cozy rooms with great views. Staff were amazing! Can't wait to come back.

Recently spent a week at this hotel for a conference. We checked in and lucky us upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. Our suite was quite large, with a full kitchen and dining room. Also had a living area with a fireplace and flat screen TV. We also had a patio as were on the main floor. We had 2...

I don't often give perfect ratings but this hotel blew me away. The view! The service! A short walk 2 min from the little village . The checking concierge (vidit) I believe was his name- had to change our room around as ours wasn't cleaned yet- he gave us complimentary valet parking to compensate. The hotel is through and through...

We spent 3 nights in Blue Mountain for our first mini ski holiday. We got a good rate on the 2 bedroom room and we were really pleased with the room itself, very spacious, nice balcony overlooking the lake. That is however all we can really say positive about the experience. When we check in I was told my Gold...

Lovely hotel with great rooms, BUT this hotel attracts a mixed crowd. We were looking for a relaxing stop over between Toronto and Tobermory, instead we had 2 nights of noise. We were moved the first night due to a loud noise in the a/c unit which kept us awake. 2nd night we encountered loud abnoxious guests shouting outside our...

Thank you for sharing your experience on TripAdvisor. I would like to personally send my sincere apologies, this certainly is not how a Westin stay should feel. The noise, room deficiencies, and poor service are completely unacceptable. We do hope you return in the near future for a Westin experience you deserve. Have a wonderful summer ahead.

The hotel was beautiful both inside and out, the location perfect with plenty of options for either paid or free parking. The room was spacious and very clean with a soft bed and tons of pillows. The village was within easy walking distance from the hotel, which led to some great restaurants and bars and various activities around the mountains....

Spent a night here for Mother's Day with my mother for a getaway. A very friendly and inviting hotel! Got automatically greeted at the front door, very nice staff at check in and check out. Very clean and beautiful facility. Only thing I can say way the hot tub wasn't too hot, it was very mild. Other than that, I...

I stayed at this lovely property this week with a girlfriend. We met in Collingwood for shopping (some awesome little shops) and the BEST tacos at Bent Tacos (now that was a great find). We went for pedicures at Iwa spa in the Blue Mountain village (love that setting). When we checked in, we were greeted by Ryan Fish (Manager...
