We have just spent the weekend at Marchants Hill (Bethany House) with our Brownie Pack. We had a fantastic time. The staff are all excellent and their attention to customer service and safety is superb! Lizzie our host worked well with the leaders to ensure that the girls had everything they needed to get the most out of their experience....

Our son spent 2 nights here on an introductory offer with a couple of friends. He enjoyed the activities (although did involved some waiting around) and he really liked his group leaders. The only negative was a group of boys he was sharing a room with who were swearing a lot and up until 12am texting on their iphones, but...

We brought our under 13 rugby squad here for a tour. It was perfect for u13 because there were not many u13 girls here this weekend!!! The staff were attentive and safety conscious. The food was everything the boys wanted. Beds comfy and activities still challenging enough for this group. Not sure we would come again because if the "been...

Girls absolutely loved our weekend at PGL! Our group leader Carla (Unicorn) was amazing. Every PGL staff member was given an honoury Guiding name for the weekend whenever we met, Unicorn, Possum, Dragon, Koala, Chipmunk, all took to their new names with great laughs! Every staff member we met was so helpful and friendly. They're amazing! Facilities are great, all...

We are just back from a 2nd wonderful weekend away with our Brownie pack. We first came 2 years ago and the staff were as amazing then as they are now. All activities are fully staffed and the PGL members all fully engage with the participants. They gave time and patience to our more wary Brownies, one spending 15 minutes...

I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and quality of service Marchants Hill offered my school group of 19 children aged 7-10. The activities scheduled were perfect for the age group and the whistle stop days were always packed with thrilling and team enhancing activities. The group leaders were outstanding keeping the children amused and positive throughout. They were fully...

My seven year old daughter returned from a half term trip to Marchants Hill announcing that she'd had 'the best time ever' . . .but that the food was 'worse than awful'. The activities were amazing, she loved the location, the staff, the accommodations etc . . .although I gather they could do with a bit more overseeing at Lights...

Very good. All three of my kids loved it there. There staff were amazing with the kids. Food not so good but ok ish. Tuck shop was loved by the kids but think they could do with reducing there prices for the kids. There £30 didn't last that long for a week.

My 2 daughters aged (just 10 and 7) a 7 night holiday here in August. The older one had been to the Liddington Centre last September with her school year for 3 nights but the youngest had never been away from home before except the odd sleepover so it was quite an adventure for both. The check in process on...
