The staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were also very quiet, none of the usual banging about in the corridors or doors slamming. Outside noise was non existent considering there is a major road nearby.
A tram system is within five minutes walk, this will get you to the ferry or railway station. The fares are vey inexpensive, also, a short trip (private transfer) from the airport.
There is no alcohol for sale in the hotel, there is a Lidl a very short walk away, breakfast is ok but not great.
I will return to this hotel with no hesitation.

When going to Almada, the mercure is the place to stay. The area does not offer much but there is a supermarket next door, in case you need anything, and by tram or Uber you are in cacilhas in few minutes to enjoy the area or take the ferry to Lisbon. I definitely recommend this hotel in almada

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I must say it was the most clean, well organised and comfortable hotel I have been so far. All I have missed was a swimming pool but well we cannot have everything haha, they have got a huge bath so that’s the plus for not having swimming pool 😋. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everyday they made sure our room is clean very spacious room and bathroom. Everyday we have got an AMAZING breakfast and DELICIOUS dinner with fresh juice. I don’t know guys who is your chef but take care of him/her as in whole Lisboa and Almada I haven’t eaten better than at yours restaurant. Very reasonable price and the meals were very very tasty. Nothing to add. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy and nice underground access to the Parking as well which is an important if you rent a car. Everything 10/10!

I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff here. I requested water bottles for my room, and they informed me that it's complimentary only on the first day; subsequently, it cost 2.50 Euros per bottle. When I inquired why they hadn't informed me earlier, their response was that they don't provide such information, much like they didn't mention the complimentary water on the first day.

Moreover, when I wanted to purchase water and requested them to charge it to my room, I was told there would be a 4 Euro tax for in-room delivery. Additionally, for basic requests like ice, which they only had in crushed form and not as cubes, they also charged a 4-5 Euro delivery fee to bring it to my room.

The surrounding area lacked restaurants, and everything seemed quite far away. In light of these experiences, I would not recommend staying here.

I have three rooms here for 7 nights, and I deeply regret booking this hotel. The lift says it can accommodate 8 people but it's so small that it can take a maximum of 5-6 at most and they have just two lifts, because of which we had an option to either wait for at least 10 mins or climb the stairs. A normal request for iron in the room took more than an hour and yet it was not delivered, the AC in one of the rooms didn't work and the service guy took 45 minutes to come and fix it.

Dear Amit, Your feedback is invaluable in our efforts to enhance our services and facilities, and we genuinely appreciate your input as I had the opportunity to demonstrate personally. Dear Jean Pauly, We are honored that you have chosed our hotel and we thank you in advance for your comment which deserved our utmost attention. The non-existence of alcoholic beverages is stated in the description of our restaurant that is present on the website and on all digital platforms. It is a new HEALTHY Food&Beverage concept, which is based on modern, balanced dishes with local ingredients as well as a menu of “Mocktails” and freshly prepared fruit juices that have surprised all those who try it. Regarding to the halale, it is not conceptual but complementary for everyone who wants to enjoy our restaurant without changing the aforementioned healthy concept. Accept my most sincere greetings, Duarte Ferreira – The Director

Very clean, the rooms smelt fresh, bathroom had plenty of clean towels. The hotel is well kept. Good parking and above all nice professional hotel staff. We did not eat breakfast so can not comment. For us the location was good for a one night. Would recommend this hotel to families with car.

Very good hotel.
Clean and close to the center of the town. Near to hotel an awesome park where to walk on the open air and not far to Cristo Rei sanctuary.
Near to the hotel a food market Lidl ( in the same building).
Very good staying.

Dear Guest, We are very honored of you choice for our Hotel and we thank you for your review. In fact, the hotel is located in a strategic area, approximately 300 meters from the metro station (Ramalha) that connects you to the center of Cacilhas (10 minutes), where you can enjoy the best traditional Portuguese restaurants overlooking the Tagus River and Lisbon. Cacilhas also has the regular boat connection to the center of Lisbon (Cais do Sodré). We also have some green gardens near by and approximately 15 minutes from the famous statue of Christ the King where you can enjoy an excellent sunset. Confident to face a more positive future. Sincerely, Duarte Ferreira - Hotel Manager

Reception staff were excellent. The Rooms were comfortable and spotless. The parking was odd but OK. The 4 stars covered this. The bar and restaurant were zero alcohol areas. This should have been made clear when booking. Instead we found out by trying to get a drink in the bar. The drinks in the bar were terrible. Difficult to ruin orange juice but they did.

Dear RedNige, I trust this message finds you well, and I would like to express our sincere gratitude for choosing our 4-star hotel for your recent stay. Your feedback is of utmost importance to us, and I appreciate you taking the time to provide detailed insights into your experience.I am pleased to hear that you found our rooms clean and comfortable and that our reception staff left a positive impression on you. Regarding the availability and quality of beverages at our hotel, specifically the absence of alcohol which you thought that it was not clearly communicated during your booking process. We value transparency and strive to meet the diverse preferences of our guests, and I regret that we fell short in this regard. Regarding the taste of our soft drinks, particularly the orange juice, the fact that oranges are not in season right now clearly had a negative impact in its taste, since they’re made of oranges squeezed at the moment and nothing else. Your feedback is crucial, and we take it seriously. We will be reviewing our beverage offerings to ensure that we can consistently provide high-quality and enjoyable options for all our guests, regardless of the season. Should you choose to stay with us in the future, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team if there are specific beverage preferences or requests you would like us to accommodate. We are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We look forward to the possibility of welcoming you back to our hotel and providing you with an enhanced beverage experience. Warm regards, Duarte Ferreira – The Manager

Stayed at this great hotel for a week and I can't say enough about it! Firstly though, if you are a party of 3 as we were, there are no triple rooms at the standard rate, so a camper bed is provided which was a bit of a pain but at the same time, I'm not complaining as this is what we signed up for!

Firstly, the hotel itself is bright and modern, spotlessly clean and with great staff. It is within easy reach of Lisbon city centre, just hop on the number 3 metro (at the bottom of the hill beside the hotel), get off at the last stop and hop on the ferry over the river. The ferry is less than €3 return and takes about 7 minutes. Then it's a straight walk to the major attractions.

Almada itself is just lovely, a good sized, hilly town with great shops and cafes. If you're really up for shopping, get a taxi from the hotel reception to the Almada Forum. It costs about €10 and is well worth it! A great shopping centre with all the big brands! Loved it!! Hotel receptionist organised taxis for us, a great plus when you don't speak the language!

Breakfast at the hotel, in my opinion, was perfect! A hot and cold buffet, good coffee and lots to choose from. Breakfast is served until 10.30. In the evenings, the hotel restaurant serves fantastic meals at unbeatable prices! €7.50 for a soup starter, steak and fries (for example) and dessert. There are other, even cheaper options. Could not fault the food nor the service. A glass of wine comes in at about €2 and bottled beer around the same.

I loved the hotel and the location also and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone! A great stay.

Booked after reading raving reviews. What a disappointment! Most staff except for one were unhelpful, room was very small, extremely noisy - traffic on highway, location - not easily accessible. Took a ferry back from Lisbon, took ages to get a taxi back to hotel- staff at terminal did not speak English so not very helpful. Food was awful, definitely would not recommend a stay!

Hi, 1) Yes you can, but of course don't miss the opportunity to try out our amazing juices and flavored waters. 2) In reagards of shops, we would point out LIDL which is a supermarket with almost everything you would need. As for restaurants in walking distance none worth a try, except ours of course. Thanks
