We had a room with a view to the canal/bridge. The hotel itself is located close to the town center, about 10 minute walk from the railway station. There are several baths around this hotel. We received a pass from this hotel, which allowed us...More
The service, the amenities, the location, and the food were absolutely amazing! There was also a small craft beer bar in the lobby which was nice for a nightcap. We unfortunately could only stay a night but if we ever find ourselves visiting Kinosaki again...More
This wasn't our first stay at a ryokan but it was by far our favourite. Every need is fulfilled at a moments notice, we wanted for nothing! The baths were a highlight; surrounded by a beautiful gardens filled with live crabs. It was unreal.

The two baths in the hotel (one for women, one of men) are not heavily used as far as I could tell. Most people are interested in the larger public baths.
