First off, the pictures you see of this hotel doesn't lie. The views are absolutely stunning. That alone made it worth it for me. Gazing at the sea from my room while sipping on the provided green tea was a very soothing experience. Service is also very good and attentive, which is what you would expect given the high price....

Over the winter break, I decided to take a small trip up to Kinosaki for relaxation. Famous for onsen and crab, Kinosaki was on my list of places to visit in the Kansai region. After a decent train ride, I discovered myself in this quaint town bustling with sightseers. Luckily for me, I saw a shuttle bus with the name...

We were there for 3 days at the end of June. The location is spectacular. Our room overlooks the ocean and we had stunning views. The hot bath was also very clean, spacious and had the same spectacular view of the ocean. The outdoor bath is one of the best onsen experiences I've had. The service was also excellent, when...

Stayed in the 80+m2 Western-style Club Room. The room was large with the side view of the ocean. It's exactly 10-min drive from the station. At first, I hesitated to book the Kaiseiki Dinner as it was Beef course which I couldn't eat. But after emailed the hotel, Miss Kazue Imazu was so nice trying to explain about their available...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in April 2016. An earthquake in Kumamoto required us to change our travel itinerary, and we booked this hotel last-minute with virtually no research. The view of the sea of Japan was impeccable! We also received two free tickets for an aquarium that is very near the hotel. Admission would normally cost...

My recent stay at Hotel Kinparo was in a traditional Japanese room in the older wing. We are a family of 5 adults and I was initially looking at the more modern rooms in the newer wing. Unfortunately these modern rooms have a maximum capacity of 4 adults thus I had to settle for the Japanese room in the old...

Hotel has stunning ocean views of the Sea of Japan. The open air and huge indoor onsen are one of the best I have been. Hear the sound of waves crashing against the rocks and feel the wonderful sea breeze caressing your face as you enjoy the outdoor onsen. The crab dinner in every form and manner is simply fantastic....

Beautiful views from the room (large Japanese style room) and restaurant. Hotel was very quiet as we went off season. Service was absolutely superb. We initially planned to have dinner in Kinosaki but dinner options are limited there at this time of the year. Ate in the hotel in the end and the crab kaiseki meal consisted of 6 different...

Absolutely amazing hotel! Best I have ever stayed at. We were treated like royalty. The view is incredible; you can see the mountains and the ocean. The room was huge, and the futons were so comfortable. For dinner, they brought out plate after plate of new and interesting foods. (Get the crab, it's the specialty of Kinosaki!) The onsen was...
