Spent 4 nights at the resort. All aspects of resort were of a high standard. The food was excellent. Complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks all commendable. Lovely views from public spaces and room. Spacious, comfortable and quiet guestroom. Thalasso treatment was fun and effective. The only downside is that the beaches adjoining the hotel are quite littered from...

People are friendly, that is it... hotel is like a ghost town. I see the staff working but what are they doing?Hotel is little dirty, food is terrible. Badest hotel we have had in years... the hotel is now 5 years old but it looks like a hotel from the early nineties. It is not allowed to wear swimming gear...

The Terrace Club at Busena is a small and exclusive part of the larger Busena Terrace Beach Resort. Staying in the Club section of Resort provides you with access all facilities in the Resort, not just the Club. It is expensive but in this case you get what you pay for: a very large well-proportioned room with everything you would...

Absolutely echo the reviews about The Terrace Club from all those who have commented on its EXEMPLARY service. It made our Honeymoon worthwhile from start to finish - so much so, that we extended our stay by a few days! If you can handle the 90 mins or so to get here from Naha Airport, then definitely stay here. It...

Stayed there from April 10th to 15th 2016. Despite the weather not always playing along we had an awesome stay. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful, especially in the light of us not speaking more than 5 words of Japanese. What amazed us most was that they always knew who we were, without ever asking for the room...

The location is great. The Terrace Club is on Nago Bay on a private cove. The property is only about 5 years old and is very well maintained. The front desk staff was amazing. From check-in, to arranging meals, transportation and activities they were always eager to help. Our ocean front room was very large. Equivalent of a king sized...

A recommendation from a friend. Amazing ocean view, a must try Thalasso pool, and the never failed- Japanese hospitality. The staff was extremely attentive only wish most of them had better ability of speaking English. Ms.Kinjo and Ms.Takatani were absolutely a huge assets of Busena. Not only they speak English well and being helpful, their kind attention of offering all...

This hotel is the perfect romantic vacation spot. Great service with excellent facilities. Champagne lounge and free thalasso facilities were a great plus for a day with bad weather. The hotel is located on a private peninsula shared with its sister establishment the Busena Terrace. The terrace Club is secluded and very quiet

We stayed during Typhoon Goni. Watching the efficient preparations for the oncoming storm was fascinating. All done with the calmness and efficiency of a location used to dealing with these types of weather. However, staff remained on duty, were kind and courteous and helpful. The hotel has a lovely balcony view of the bay and overlooks its private beach. The...
