The staff are lovely and friendly, the rooms on the 4th floor are mostly renovated and lovely and the onsen on top in the mountains is well worth the stay! the meals were very traditional and almost vegetarian as the traditional mountain meals didn't contain much meat or fish, but really delicious and there was so much of it.....

When arrived, all staff provided smiling face.Explanation of hotel amenities is also very detail. , Not only the staff provided good service, a lovely lady performed singing during the dinner time. If the weather is fine, a free shuttle will also be provided and lead you to the Kazura Bridge to see the light-up at 8:00pm every night. An up=hill... More

The price of this hotel is normally beyond what we spend but after some research on wanting a very nice Onsen experience, this came up as a place to go: we were very very impressed. As a westerner it is difficult to judge Japanese expectation of service, but the level and sincerity of service provided was far beyond expectation and... More

The location, cleanliness, spacious room and all facilities are well functioned, especially the staff are all professional & helpful & always show their hospitality with smile. The outdoor onsen located at the top hill & access by the mini tram is awesome. Dinner is Great too, especially the manager sang for us during the dinner!
