I booked a night at Casablanca in May 2016 and a week before our trip in Dec 2016 I received an email asking if we were still interested in staying there. I replied yes immediately thinking we had been confirmed in May but it turned out that our cc was only used to hold the room not confirm. The manager...

We stayed for only a night and that was a good choice. The service was not very friendly but able to get meet basic requests. There is great potential in this location and set up- but the rooms didn't have heat nor curtains that work properly made the feeling the place isn't in the 21st century.

Rooms could be much cleaner, sheets had stains, toilet was broken... Breakfast was very average. Staff tried to charge us tax that is not applicable to the tourists... Overall it's overpriced. Also, construction was going on while we where there

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The weather was perfect and, even though they seemed to be in the middle of some pretty extensive construction, it was clean and the service was excellent. Our dinner included a wine tasting which was very enjoyable.

I booked this hotel but cancelled before the free cancelation deadline, through booking.com(so I received "cancelled without charge"e-mail from booking.com. I found out this hotel charged 100% to my credit card company. I asked credit company to reject it with full of evidence. Be Careful !

The accommodation is in a great location for visiting the lovely local wineries, but I recommend having a big lunch at one of the winery restaurants - it is an issue finding somewhere for dinner. The Hotel provides a breakfast tray to the room but the restaurant wasn't open for dinner, and they didn't have any suggestions as to where...

We read some of the reviews before reserving a room at Hotel Casablanca. Some of the reviews are good and some bad. I dont know if people had too much expectations when some did write some bad reviews, but me and my wife really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and the temperature right. Rooms were clean and comfortable...

What a crap place to stay! Building work around pool, dirty, room full of flies, no hot water until we asked and they turned it on. Booked a massage and waited at the so called spa and no one showed up and on one to ask! Breakfast was a joke that we decided not to bother and walked out! Pictures...

We stayed 2 nights there. The swimmings pools are fine, but the rest... The hotel is old and there is no conservation in the bedrooms. Here the nightmare's highlights: 1) bedroom: really, really dirty (bad smell, dust, the kind you can scratch your fingers and get them dirty), really old towels (with spots, bad quality, the ones you don't use...

A small hotel with I think about 12 rooms (and some new ones under construction). Excellent location for visiting the various vineyards in the vicinity (casas del bosque, Kingston, matetic, Indomita, William Cole, Viña mar). Great big outside and inside pools! Excellent to relax and swim after a day in the vineyards. The rooms are very big with extra beds...
