We have been here for one night and really enjoyed our stay. Some of the best wine yards are near by and can easily be reached. The hotel itself was really nice and clean. Huge rooms. The spa area was awesome. We liked the both pools and the hot tube as well as sauna and the massage (book 24hours in...

I had booked this place expecting a romantic getaway and was completely disappointed. The place looks nice enough and should have been great, but the facilities and staff were severely lacking, as if this place is poorly managed. We arrived and received such a rude welcome from Janet, who in addition to being indifferent to us also tried to place...

My mother and I had booked in to stay here as a birthday treat on our way from Valparaiso back to Santiago. We arrived to pretty much an empty hotel. We were the only guests it seemed. There is no spa, and when we were there, no restaurant. The room was large and spacious but was falling apart. The large...

We were there while they are expanding the hotel. But the services such as massage and dining room were great. The owner's wife makes a great mojoito. Each room is decorated differently with a rustic appeal. The bed were super comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.

I've often had good luck with hotels doing construction; snagged a room at the Beverly Hills Sofitel dirt cheap due to a lobby renovation. I thought this might be a similar situation and at first it seemed like it. The complex has grand plans and the several buildings that are complete awe with a neo-Napa Valley wine country splendor: big...

We arrived in Santiago, and chose to drive to Valparaiso. But stopped off at the hotel Casablanca. Rustic, with a warm welcome. Excellent starting point for a wine tour of the Casablanca valley. enjoyed our short stay very much. We'd stay again.

We stayed here for one night, in the "Late Harvest" room. It was a large room, but really needs some updating and TLC. Broken and missing tiles in bathroom, oddly matched furniture, and worst of all - no hot water in the shower!! They are in the process of making an entirely new building, so if it matches up with...

I must say I had very high expectations from the place mainly after a visit in Bento Golçalves in Brazil, but Casablanca is still under development. I wouldn't recommend this place as a Hotel, but as a place where you can schedule your wedding party or the end of year party of your company. The infrastructure is nice, with a...

I recently had a civil marriage in Casablanca...at 9am! It was too early for wine tasting so we called Hotel Casablanca and they arranged the most lovely brunch for our group of 10 (pastries, sandwiches, fruit, coffee/tea). They also provided champagne for a toast and cupcake wedding favors! The hotel has a beautiful and rustic restaurant and relaxing outdoor area...

My parents were visiting from the US and I had a short vacation time, so we decided to stay at this hotel because the location was convenient for where we wanted to travel (Valparaiso/Santiago). I suppose that winter would be the off-season for the area, so there was some construction going on and we were told upon arrival that the...
