Had an excellent August Bank holiday weekend at anchor cottage. We stayed for 3 nights with plenty of space for all 8 of us. Simple to book, easy to find with great directions sent out, plenty of parking, lovely house spread over three floors, clean, tidy with out door space for fishing & boat hire. Will definitely be staying here...

Loved this cottage, three generations went, myself & husband, my daughter & grandchildren. Everything was to hand, loads of space for us all. The teenagers found loads to do rowing, cycling etc. We hired a boat for all of us which was great fun & moored for lunch at the pub. We all went to Norwich & had a good...

This lovely cottage sleeps 8, but just me and my husband went. A perfect place to rest and relax. The weather was sunny but very cold, but we don't mind that. This property was about 5 to 10 mins from the middle of Wroxham, where there are shops and restaurants, fish shops , Indian and Chinese restaurants most handy. The...

Many thanks for your lovely review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us despite the chilly weather. Thank you for your suggestion of providing a pint of fresh milk in the fridge for your arrival which we would be very happy to offer any guests if requested prior to arrival. We had a lovely break at Anchor Cottage with friends. The staff were very helpful from booking right through to returning our security deposit very promptly at the end of our stay. The cottage was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. I completely agree with the comment about the shower pressure though. Not enough hot water either. Central...

Lovely Mon-Fri break with family and friends, the cottage comfortably accommodated all 9 of us with a lovely central location making everything very accessible. Cottage was well equipped and had everything we needed. The only down point were the showers..... One in the main bathroom with very poor pressure and not a lot of room and only a hand held...

We have just got back from a week in No 3, and it was fantastic. Check in was simple told them who we were and they handed over the key and a parking permit. Each house is allocated a private parking area next to the accommodation. The position was lovely, overlooking the river. The wildlife (heron, geese, swans and ducks)...

These are modern and very pleasant cottages, facing directly onto the river very close to Wroxham bridge. Although the cottages will accommodate 8 or maybe 9, there were only 4 of us - 2 for some of the time - which attracts a discount. There is a very comfortable lounge with TV etc and seating outside with excellent views of...

“The double bedroom and bunks are facing the water - in the morning the sun was very bright (when out) and it wakes you early, if this is an issue choose the other two bedrooms. The double bed and two single beds are either side of the main bathroom and if someone uses it during the night/early morning there is noise from the fan for a while.”
