Ok but in need of an overhaul, images from the first day it was put on hire. Lower floor rooms now having obscure liners on Windows to stop the passing boar hire people looking straight into bedrooms. Dripped so water onto floor so wiped it up with kitchen roll, left a clean patch on the otherwise sticky floor! Cleaning staff...

Stayed here for a week at the end of August with family and two dogs, superb, clean high quality accommodation. The apartment had everything we needed from hair dryer to iron, dishwasher to fridge freezer, everything was of the highest standard. Two bedrooms downstairs both with en-suite bathrooms, living accommodation upstairs with fantastic glass sided balcony, the baby gates meant...

Staying in Riversedge, very clean accommodation with a good standard of fittings and furniture. Lovely to come back after a day out on the boat to this toasty upside down house. Sometimes too hot !! Day boat that comes free with accommodation is perfect for a jaunt down the river to Horning or Coltishall. Welcome pack with tea coffee sugar...

8 old friends (4 couples) who take a one week holiday together every year have just spent a delightful time in Waterside, part of the Boat House. Absolutely splendid, with 4 en-suite bedrooms (just right for retired people!) and large well equipped living accommodation. The provision of a complimentary day boat was a real bonus too. Ideally situated for local...

I booked this on a whim in the summer. We wanted somewhere for a short break in December for visiting Norwich, and I thought it looked interesting. I didn't look for a tripadvisor review first and I'm glad I didn't, as there was only one when I eventually looked and it wasn't a good one. A couple of other reviews...

This was our second stay in Riversedge. It is in the middle of a working boatyard but lovely view of river and wildlife made up for a bit of noise when people are picking up or dropping off their boats. Since our first visit the bedroom patio doors have had privacy glaze fitted. We made good use of the day...

Yes you are next to a car park, what do people expect a private tree lined drive? Another reviewers description is wholly misleading, in 6 years of visiting I've had no problem with parking high or low season, privacy glass on the bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean and no sign of fly's.in fact it's spotless the staff are helpful, I...

I booked this place for 7 nights for me and my wife, and wow did I make a mistake. It is supposed to have reserved parking, but no,its every man for themselves,as parking is a mare. From the off,we were dissapointed as this property is on the main car park of Barnes Brinkcraft, and workers are all around you....privacy is a non event at this...
