Detailed Reviews
The staff and manager were extremely lovely and helpful. We had 30 members of family celebrating in their outdoor marquee. The food was gorgeous! They let us use the marquee and decorate it how everyone we liked! Gorgeous pub and amazing staff! Highly recommend!!

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst competing at Hickstead - really convenient as only a 2 minute drive to the showground! Lovely friendly and helpful staff and super home cooked meals in the evening. Bedroom clean and comfortable - will definitely book again!

I visited with friends on a weekday for lunch. There is a good choice of food and a lovely open fire so you feel like you are in an old country pub. The staff were very friendly and we had jacket potatoes with salad which was good value. The other food on the menu looked good and it was busy for a weekday. Staff were polite and friendly and a very nice experience.

Lovely local village pub / B&B in a great location, easy to get to by car. Great drinks and food with 2 gardens to choose from one for children and the other allowing dogs with more of an adult vibe. Easy access to Gatwick airport.
