The place has a musty smell which I fixed by shoving a tampon up my nostril. It's a very outdated shack with not very well looked after features. The windows... More

We had a lovely stay at the Dufferin Coaching Inn, our room was spacious and cosy, with a very comfortable four poster bed. The breakfast was great, the scrambled egg with smoked salmon was my favourite. There was good food to be found next door at the Dufferin Arms too.

We were made to feel very welcome at the Dufferin Coaching Inn. Our host helpfully recommended places to eat and visit (the Dufferin Arms pub right next door has a great atmosphere and friendly staff). We had a lovely room with 4 poster bed. The cooked breakfast was very good, including traditional specialities. Well placed for exploring Strangford Lough and... More

I stay here on a monthly basis and I love it. It is very comfortable, friendly and has character. I particularly love the welcome from the owner Leontine. An added bonus is the breakfast......superb. There is a wide choice and even if I like to think of myself as verging on a vegetarian I nearly always succumb to the excellent Ulster... More

We stayed here for a friends wedding in Tullyverry. It was lovely, warm welcome, great room (room A) which was spacious and very clean with a lovely bath. Excellent breakfast - definitely recommend! We also enjoyed eating at the smugglers table which is a short walk away. We would definitely return!

Stayed in Room B, complete with four poster bed, ensuite bathroom in Victorian style. Felt very opulent without the accompanying hit to the wallet. Breakfast choices were refreshing - yes, you can have a fry up if you want, but there are plenty of other options. Pub next door (no relation) did an enormous Sunday roast.

Thank you for the lovely review and you felt your stay was good value. Great debate on Facebook right now about baked beans being part of a Ulster Fry or not what do you think? Best wishes Leontine More
