Stayed 8 nights in this beautiful hotel and loved it. We could not get an updated room because they were full and stayed in their a Garden Deluxe room...very nice and comfortable but not very big. It has a nice balcony and large shower recess. The breakfast is good and the complimentary shuttle service is excellent. Internet can be a...

Mountain resort has received some mixed reviews and as always your satisfaction will be based on what you pay and expectations. We were only there for 2 nights after spending 3 nights elsewhere on the island. We splashed out on the Grand Sea View Rooms which was expensive for a 3 star resort but Koh Lipe is an expensive island...

large resort on a picturesque gulf. the structure and the rooms are construite with materials and colors truly horrendous! green metal roofs, brown walls and obsolete facilities and inappropriate for the place. reception and restaurant with great views, but furnished as a corporate menza, big, empty and ghostly. absent service, listless and zero English! to access a staircase beach break-bones!...

Just disgraceful, staff all cold and without any customer service whatsoever. Rooms OK, but nothing special (even booking a deluxe room). Half of the time no hot water for a shower. Wifi in rooms and reception in existence (better thai sun card). They even charged us for water (that you get free every day in the deluxe accommodation) at breakfast...

We stayed in a "cabin with sea view". This was great bcs we could fully enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and the peaceful atmosphere. Room is ok but very worn. Bed is very hard, we slept terrible first night. Asked housekeeping for extra blankets to lay on, it helped slightly. Staff is friendly, speak little english. Breakfast buffet...

The room is huge and clean. Please ensure you request the room with pool view or beach view else they will locate you in the room faraway from the pool and beach and need some distance walk. And walking in this resort quite tiring since this is mountain resort! The pool only open for public from 7am - 7pm.. The...

The resort is located on a hill with an amazing view of the sea and the island next to it with its' magnificent mountains. There is a private and very calm beach below. We booked a "Grand garden view" room which was great. So clean and luxurious, a lot of space and huge windows. The staff was amazing too, so...

Hotel was nice, rooms up on the hill were more than acceptable, nothing fancy but fine for the price. Breakfast passable, eggs station good, you need to tell them if you don't want snotty eggs, they need to get an extra coffee machine. The beach was the highlight of the resort, really was excellent, great snorkelling, swimming and very relaxing...

Stayed in a garden villa in December 2016 and our overall takeaway was that the resort could be so much better. Looks nicer from the outside than it actually is. Bathroom needs major updating. Rooms don't have a phone so if you need help from the front desk and don't have a Thai phone you'll have to walk down. The...

Been staying at this resort for three years in a row. However, I won't be going back there after this year. Reason being I am really disappointed with the resort staffs cold and indifferent attitude towards the strays living on the beach below their resort. The strays (one terrier mix, one German Shepherd, one black Lab mix and one brown...
