A little taken back when we tried to book into this Hotel, it was if the owner couldn't be bothered .. Clearly they were not full. Stayed in a little cottage , very small inside, ideal for one night and small amount of luggage. The swimming pool !! Is far too small, neither use or ornament. Disappointed with our meal,... More

Not a bad location to used as an anchor location to visit Le Mont Saint-Michel. It is close to the highway for a quick getaway but far enough to not be bothered by it. The room in the main building is very small and the TV hanging on a corner of the room is even smaller (relative to the room... More

We started our road trip along the coast through picturesque villages like Etretat Honfleur, Deauville, to arrive at this romantic location. Seperate apartment, small but cosy. Quality food but not that cheap. From this hotel we could easily reach Mont-Saint Michel and the lovely city of Saint-Malo. When it is not raining,: this is a perfect location for a short... More

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night with the MG Owners. The hotel is in a great location to Mont St Michel, set in a quiet farming area, with lots of car parking at it. Whilst it is a bit 60s motel on the outside, the rooms were very comfortable. The swimming pool is a welcome bonus. The food... More

We went for the menus gourmand and were slightly underwhelmed! And there is something about the 70's decor theme in this neck of the woods that reminds me of a record I don't really want to hear- but that aside whilst the portions were more than generous with a special mention to the assorted de fruits de mer though the... The hotel is not terribly difficult to find, with easy access to the highway for traveling around Normandie and Bretagne. We used it for visiting Mont Saint Michel (<20 min), Saint Malo (~1hr), the Normandie coastline with the D-Day beaches, and finally Honfleur (a 2 hr drive). The area around the hotel is very quiet farmland. The hotel offers rooms... More

The room in the main hotel was good overlooking the back garden and pool. We had half board rate for €140. In comparison to other similar rates, whilst touring, the menu was lacking any imagination( salad with meat "lumps" as a starter, main ; dry, perhaps having been frozen, fish with simple lemon sauce) or quality. I feel that they... More

We had some difficulty finding the Hotel having spent the afternoon shopping and got completely lost leaving Avranches, but it was worth the effort. Our room was huge and nicely decorated. What was particularly pleasant was the layout of the separate "cottages " each with a sitting out area and lovely gardens separating each small block The parking was secure... More

Overall, we had a good stay at our accommodation. It was very dark, and our GPS brought us to the address of the hotel. It said "Arrived at destination", however it was actually 500 feet further up. The hotel exterior is also very hidden and not-so-well lit. The staff is very nice and speak broken English. The restaurant food was... More

Recently returned from trip to France and stayed at Hotel les 13 Assiettes, Le Val St Pere Le Mont St Michel (which is in fact about 40km from Mont St Michel). A splendid Logis with the cottages (double rooms) set in beautiful low lying gardens of roses, canna lilies, dwarf alstroemeria and other flowers. Breakfasts were buffet style - usual... More
