We were hesitant about booking this hotel after the recent poor reviews but we loved it. Possibly the coronavirus has given people a wakeup call but we could not fault the room, the food or the facilities. It did take a while to book in only because they have to print off the tickets for all the attractions. As a vegetarian it was a disappointment to see 8 amazing paellas without a veg option - only happened once. We would go back, it's only a couple of hours up the motorway and the family enjoyed themselves.
hotel is very dirty. foods are low quality. restaurant is smelling all the time. bed linen and pillows are old and dirty. dust on the room furniture is not cleaned. the location is also weird, there are lots of high buildings around
One of our greatest vacation.!!! We’ll come back for sure... Nice hotel! Nice staff! They have free parking. Free wifi! The buffet was nice and a lot of choices. The pool was very ok. Everything’s nice.
Well I should of read the reviews before booking here as the majority are correct this hotel is terrible. The most chaotic checkin I have ever come across not enough staff on the desk. Rooms are small and very old looking, food is of poor quality. This hotel needs some major investment as it is very run down and is more like a 2 star hotel than 4 my advice is to stay away this is just terrible place
We stayed here to attend benicassim festival. It was below average. There are some things the hotel owners can’t fix without a multi million pound refurb. There are however some things they could fix easily. I’ll start with the latter. 1. Check in. Be prepared for the longest check in you have ever experienced. Out of 8 people in our group there were issues with 4 of the bookings. It took over 45 minutes to get us all checked in. We had missing bookings and one Person sent to a room that had people in. Someone needs to streamline this. It can’t be hard as most other hotels can manage it. 2. Filthy roof where people have dropped towels, brush heads, nappies and goodness knows what else. It just needs a clean. Again can’t be hard. 3. The food is average at best. Things they can’t fix but you need to know about: 1. The resort was built in the 80s is my guess. It was apparently once amazing. It is now VERY dated. 2. It is packed full of families. The hotel pool is constantly rammed. Do not come here for a quiet break. On a positive side. The rooms were ok. The picture of the hotel attached basically says it all. The T is broken and one of the 4 (!) stars doesn’t light up making it 3 stars. It is OK. it wasn’t awful. But it certainly wasn’t 4 star luxury! …
