I picked this hotel as a first night stop-over between the UK and touring Germany but the stop-over turned into one of the best days of our trip. It is out of the town of Malmedy, tucked away down a long winding road, about 5 min drive, in a quiet valley south of the town. It is well signposted and...

I have stayed here a couple of time before for work and always have found it very pleasant and something a bit differnt to your normal hotels. i stayed in one of the chalet along with 3 other of my work mates. The chalet has had a bit of a make over with new bathrooms and new kitchen. It is...

The surroundings are beautiful with some pretty nice hiking trails. Accommodations were comfortable and big enough for our party of 4 adults and 2 small children. Although there is a couch that can be used as an additional bed for two adults I would not recommend this. You share the garden which is a large grass field with some trees...

Hello Freddie, thank you for your comment. I'm afraid that we cannot influence the weather, and even the whisteling of the creek (which moch people find adorable) but we did change our WIFI-network which is faster than before and free from now on, and we ordered new sleeping-couches for a maximum of sleeping-comfort. They will be delivered end of this...

This is a very basic hotel. We are in one of the rooms and not one of the cottages. No coffee or tea in the rooms. It is a very clean room with a very clean bathroom. Although we don't watch much TV they do offer Sky news.

This was a quick stopover on our way to Spa circuit. The road to reach it is very bumpy and winding through the forest with potholes if you have a sportscar low to ground like us its a nightmare, and not well signposted especially in the dark. Its a family hotel so lots of kids playing around, the pool was...

We travelled with "Travel Destinations" as part of a package to the "Spa Classic". The hotel is a little way out of town in very picturesque setting and is well sign posted. Check in was efficient and the staff friendly. Their command of the English language is not very good but is much better than my command of French Flemish...

My family stayed here some years ago, and I attended the F1 Belgian Grand Prix at nearby Spa-Francourchamps. We stayed in a chalet which was clean and functional and used facilities such as the swimming pool.

Lovely place, rooms comfortable but the 'hotel' quite deserted! We arrived ( a party of 8 ) yesterday Monday 18th April, to be told that the staff leave by 5 and the restaurant is shut! Great! The restaurant was opened for us tonight but we were very much rushed too order our food, when we had finished our meal we...

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that our service was not as you expected. We are aware that our resort is a bit deserted, but for most people that is exactly the reason that they come to us: nature, calmness, relaxation.... We are a small-scale family-owned hotel, and the restaurant and reception are closed on Mondays. Unfortunately you...

Went for a week stay with 4 adolescent children. Had a great time., the chalet offers all space, facility, privacy and freedom to do and act as you want. The park is isolated from all traffic, enabling a peaceful period for walking and cycling (RAVEL is next to the park).

We have been there for a wedding anniversary as part of a large group. Some stayed in a room in the hotel (all was ok but they could hear the neighbour's shower), we stayed in one of the chalets. Everything is neat and in order. Breakfast is what it should be although eggs and bacon were more than once empty...
