We used this hotel as an overnight as we were seeing friends in the town, and heading back to the tunnel the day after. Check in was very easy and access to the room was via a lift. We had booked via booking.com and had only had a suite as available. This room was large (2 queen size beds). The... More

We stayed here for just one night but would go back again. Rooms were spotless , beds comfortable and friendly service. Very close to the centre of Tervuren which was great for us. Cooked breakfast made fresh to order on a hot plate in the dining room, and fresh breads pastries etc A good value stopover.

I have not stayed there personally, since I live in Tervuren, but I have on numerous occasions booked business colleagues, customers, friends and relatives when visiting our offices or coming to Tervuren for private reasons. I have never heard a complaint, rather compliments on cleanliness, functional rooms, staff efficiency and friendliness. The hotel is also conveniently located less than 15... More

Really comfy beds. Nice, clean and great for business trips. Breakfast is good and served early. Walking distance to restaurants and the beautiful park. Small gym is fine if not a little limited on equipment. The staff are friendly and reserved. I'd definitely stay here again.

We are a band and had a gig in Tervuren at the beginning of January and this hotel was booked for us This hotel has a car park at the back of the hotel. On arrival we were met by a very friendly receptionist and we had 2 double rooms booked. We were on the first floor. The rooms were... More

Convenient if you look for a value for money in the Bruxelles area . I booked via internet,. Helpfull with a late arrival by providing an access code . Hotel called and gave instructions. Breakfast is just what is required.

Fine for a functional business stay. Agree with other comments about the rooms being HOT and a bit stuffy. Several rooms on ground and first floor have sliding doors rather than windows so you have a choice between expiring from lack of oxygen or sleeping in a room where someone could wander in. Good location if you like to run... More

The room was spacious (by European standards). The hotel is modern (style-wise), but has not been redecorated in a while. Unfortunately the room was VERY hot (in summer), but once I asked for a fan it was bearable. The rate included a good breakfast spread and free wi-fi. It's about 10-20 minutes from the airport (~40 euro by taxi).

Stayed here with colleagues as the rest of Brussels was full. Previous reviews claimed the rooms here were bakingly hot, but I found them to be absolutely fine. The hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They're roomy enough and the beds are pretty good. I had a room over the front of the hotel and left the window... More
